This hotel was very nice a few years ago but now it's an aging sad place. Don't accept rooms in the Kofa section in the back of the property. Terrible parking, all dead landscaping, food and sticky spills on the walkways. They just stopped trying.Positives are the helpful and courteous front desk staff! I didnt try the breakfast this trip but it used to be very good. The Foothills Best Western is newer and worth the drive.

The room smelled, was clearly in need of repair, the jetted tub I payed extra for wasn't even clean. I had stayed here before and had some mixed experiences but I think this time was the worst. Just all around bad, don't waste your time and money on this hotel. Pics don't do the damage justice, but for an executive suite, it feels anything but. Not to mention having been kept on hold for almost half an hour while reserving over the phone.

Truck driver whom needed somewhere to stay since my delivery wasn't till Monday. Stayed 2 nights & was very pleased. Staff great, location is great, walking distance to the mall, target & restaurants. I was able to park my truck & trailer directly on the property. Breakfast was great, a good wholesome breakfast. (Eggs, bacon, etc...) Bed was comfy. And it was affordable within my price range. Definitely recommend. Very pleased. Thank you for the pleasant stay. 👌

Traveled through going home and was pleasantly surprised staying at this motel for a night. Appears to have been recently renovated. Rooms and grounds very clean. Heated pool and jacuzzi in December. Includes breakfast. Pets are welcome. Very friendly staff. I would recommend!! Great price point.

4-night stay in November. Upper floor room, bed was comfortable, furnishings up-to-date, mini fridge was quiet. Free breakfast was very good, varied menu items, servers were friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs, no elevator nearby. Some I-8 highway noise, rooms facing east might be quieter. WiFi was good.

We stay here every year for the MATO car show and we always enjoy our stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean and it’s great that they clean/service the room everyday, unlike some hotels who only do it on request. There is a little bit of noise from the highway but for the most part the rooms are pretty quiet. The free shuttle service is also a plus and Jacob, our driver, was super friendly and courteous. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming.

Nice rooms and very nicely design. Clean room. This location is nicer than the other locations I've stayed in. Staff was okay they were nice. But seem lost and not listening to what I say or hard hearing. Also, it a good location near mall and restaurants. Yuma a pretty nice place. The only other issues is there no complimentary breakfast. Got pay for it at the restaurant that in the hotel. It also a quiet location.

Absolutely no complaints. Easy to find, easy to check in. Very friendly staff. Came back to our room this afternoon after housekeeping had come in. The room was cleaned perfectly and the housekeeper even went above and beyond to place a baby pillow we carry with us in the center of the bed. It’s the little things that make us happy. Thank you to the employee for such a sweet detail you added.

Most of the staff was very unaware and just seemed like they did not want to be there, especially the restaurant staff. I waited 40 mins for my breakfast. No apologies, just rude. The rooms are very nice, along with the location but management should come in and truly teach REAL Customer Service! This was my engraftment weekend and I can honestly say I would never come back here due to the staff customer service!

First off this is my favorite hotel in Yuma and the staff is awesome. Brissa and Bencer make sure my stays are very comfortable. They have a great happy hour at Burger Theory as well as breakfast. Highly recommend for business travels or leisure.
