I had the pleasure of staying at 1313 West Luxury Boutique Hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed! Having previously stayed at the owner’s other property, 134 Prince, I was thrilled to see the same high standards brought to this stunning new location. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner. From the stylish decor to the thoughtful amenities, everything has been designed to create a quiet and luxurious retreat. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the serene atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a long day.The staff are exceptionally attentive, ensuring every need is met with a smile. It’s clear that the same dedication to excellence that made 134 Prince such a standout has been carried over to 1313 West.If you’re looking for a sophisticated and peaceful place to stay, 1313 West Luxury Boutique Hotel is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning!

This was our first stay while at the Christmas craft show in Annapolis and we loved the hotel! The rooms were so comfortable and clean, heated bathroom floors, speak easy in the basement and our hostess was absolutely the best! We will come back again!

It was the perfect getaway venue for us to create and kindle memories since my father in law loved horses so much! And what can I say about the amazing staff...Maggie to receive us with such a warm welcome, Marielle with such patience to accommodate the small hiccup and meet our needs, and Stephanie and Clint were so personable to attend to hubby during visit to the "speak easy" room. It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

I got the best room, the one with outdoor space. I see it says hot tub. I want you to know that even though we got the best room it's not the one with the hot tub. Now, I don't think the hot tub would be better than the shower that is in this room with it's heated floors but there isn't a tub.... Incase that's important to anyone.Hotel was great, I felt like for what we spent, we should've been able to have the late checkout given as a courtesy.Staff was great except no one ever responding to me about the espresso and getting more of it.I didn't like the breakfast but that's ok. They don't have some huge kitchen. The hospitality was amazing. The room itself.....If it was only based on the awesomeness of the room and the value for the money..... Totally perfect and worth it.Personally, I'm sad because I splurged on this to have a weekend full of planned fun activities with my fiance and we were supposed to accomplish many things while here as well but he sprained his ankle missed the first night and day here. I had to leave the hotel to get him from home and being him here because he opted to meet me at the hotel the next morning.... Needless to say everything was cancelled so it would have been fine to splurge on the hotel and also pay for all of the other things we were going to do at the same time so that it's one big hit that I can deal with but I feel like it is just something else I'm going to have to spend again and replant which is no fault at all of the hotel I'm just trying to express my personal experience what my plans were for this day and how it didn't work out that way sadly. It's a shame because it's conducive for thinking. Not so much working though before I forget I just want to mention that the TV is on the only desk so if you want to put anything on the desk you have to move it if you want to watch the TV lolI'll update this tomorrow when I checkout if there's anything else notable about that process. And maybe to update you on how costly the extras can add up to... Ugh not looking forward to seeing the damage. Lol

I had the pleasure of staying at 1313 West in Annapolis and it was an experience beyond compare. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the amazing hospitality. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set them apart. From the moment I arrived, I was completely mesmerized by the hotel's charm and beauty. The rooms exuded a warm glow, with velvet sofas inviting you to sink in with a good book. The equestrian-themed speakeasy bar in the basement was a delightful surprise! During my stay, my room served as a luxurious oasis where I could unwind on the king-sized memory foam mattress and enjoy my favorite tunes on a personal record player. The accommodations were meticulously maintained.Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing! I cannot wait to return and stay for my wedding!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 1313 West and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere and staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel exudes charm and elegance, with beautifully designed rooms that offer a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor is remarkable, reflecting a tasteful and modern aesthetic while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay, including mini split A/C units, high-quality toiletries, in-room coffee bar, and a record player with all the classic hits. Two of the highlights of my stay were the hotel's speakeasy bar and access to fresh, homemade chocolate chip cookies throughout the day, which made the stay even more enjoyable! The location is also ideally nestled in a charming neighborhood with easy access to Annapolis's historic sites and waterfront attractions.Overall, 1313 West provides a luxurious and memorable experience, making it the perfect choice for anyone seeking a boutique hotel with top-notch service and elegant accommodations in Annapolis. I look forward to my next visit!

The staff is super friendly! The rooms were immaculately clean and the location was second to none! I made a mistake on my reservation date and didn’t realize I made the mistake until after the date had passed but the staff was understanding and corrected my mistake with no issues! When we come back to Annapolis we are staying here again!

Our first time in Annapolis and we stayed at The Flag House Inn and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The service was outstanding—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat. My only very minor critique is that the common areas were a bit chilly, but this didn’t take away from the overall warmth of the hospitality. I would definitely recommend The Flag House Inn for anyone looking for a charming and welcoming place to stay that’s close to all the excitement of Annapolis and the USNA.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Annapolis. The location is ideal, no more than a block or two from everything, across the street from the Naval Academy. The room was beautifully furnished with excellent amenities and the staff couldn’t have been nicer,A very nice surprise was the gourmet breakfast omelette and yogurt parfait prepared by their French-trained chef.I highly recommend the Flag House Inn.

Had a great stay! The Commodore 1 room was very comfortable. The inn is in a safe area and very close to historic Annapolis, and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. (We didn’t opt for breakfast but it smelled delicious!) Would stay again.
