Loved the absolutely darkened rooms for sleep, comfortable bed and pillows along with enough seating to gather with friends. Bathroom was spotless.Reservation process and check in was quick and easy. Delightful staff.

Absolutely delightful. So many special touches in the room, coffee/tea service, bathroom toiletries, lamps, furniture, all first class. And spotlessly clean! Loved my stay in this beautiful accommodation.
We have stayed at Proximity many times - always great service! Rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are so comfortable. Everyone is very accommodating. It’s one of our favorite places to go and we always hate to leave!

This place was SECOND TO NONE!!! It was worth EVERY DIME! The staff was beyond professional, helpful, and courteous. The layout of the bathroom was genius and the rooms were beautiful and spacious. This was the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in, and we have stayed in HUNDREDS and many so-called "high-end" places. NOWHERE touches this place!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. The service was outstanding throughout my visit – everyone was attentive and helpful with anything I needed. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to many great spots, making getting around easy. Everything was within reach, whether I wanted to explore nearby attractions or grab a quick bite. While my stay was excellent, I think the guest rooms could benefit from some updates to feel more modern and refreshed. The fitness studio could also use a little attention to bring it to par with the rest of the hotel’s offerings.Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and appreciate the warm hospitality. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Unacceptable Treatment – Rude Staff and Horrible ExperienceOur experience with this place was absolutely appalling. My family and I were staying here for a wedding, and we were treated horribly by the staff. We were kicked out of the lobby where we were gathering, even though we were just spending time together as a family. Not only were we asked to leave, but we were verbally assaulted by staff in the process. The absolute fabulous Marriott next door accommodated us with no problems and we were not even staying there. It’s mind-blowing that a hotel would treat its guests this way, especially after we had booked a wedding block of 30 rooms. If you don’t want groups of people gathering in your lobby, then don’t book wedding blocks. The staff’s aggressive and rude behavior was completely uncalled for.Several emails were sent to the hotel and to guest services with the same response given each time, this had to be taken up with the hotel directly, but that is impossible to do when Ryan the General Manager does not return calls or emails. This place is a nightmare. We will never return and will make sure to warn others about the horrendous treatment we received.

We had a problem with our room and some housekeeping noise, but the manager, Ryan, quickly addressed it with his team and resolved the issue. Ryan was very friendly, proactive, and professional, showing care both to his staff and to us customers. We stayed here for a business trip and found it to be a good experience after we moved rooms. Thank you, Ryan!

My friend and two our daughters stayed at this hotel 9/13/24 for the girls volleyball tournament.Easy access off the interstate.Guest Service associates were friendly and accommodating to our need to check in early.Rooms were clean! I met one member of housekeeping and she was pleasant. My bed was comfortable; perfect after a long day of travel and late night volleyball games.Breakfast was A M A Z I N G! Lots of healthy, delicious options. Self serve coffee was hot and tasted great! The employee setting out breakfast was also pleasant.I will be staying at this hotel again should the need arise and will let the rest of our volleyball team know about our 5 star experience for future volleyball tournaments.

I had a very average experience at this property. Check in was quick, but they did not even acknowledge my elite status. I understand it’s merely a Hampton Inn, but at the very least they could have thanked me for my previous business. I was instantly reminded why I had moved my business travel to Marriott during check in but on this trip I was with a group of friends on personal travel and this is where they chose. My room had a few issues. First off, the AC unit had some sort of mechanical issue. It was so noisy it made it nearly impossible to sleep with it on. Second, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Third, the doors to the rooms do not close gently, they slam shut all throughout the night. The breakfast was okay, but definitely nothing special. The employees that handled my checkout were much more friendly than the ones who checked me in.
