The outside patios are beautiful and plentiful. The lobby area, sitting area, library, bar, and dining areas are so very nice. The food is so good everything I ate during my 5 week stay was excellent. The banquet/ballroom and conference side was surprising. A great place for a conventions, balls, class reunions, birthday parties, and weddings. Lots of ample parking, nice business office to use, and gym. There is an inside pool that I saw but chose not to use because I'm just not too fond of inside pools at all. The rooms and elevators don't live up to the rest of the hotel. Soon as you get on the elevator, you can tell the room floors are going to be a bit dated. Rooms were pretty clean but, very dated. The headboards on the beds were too tall for the mattress so, there is a huge gap that caused the pillows to constantly keep falling behind the bed while you're sleeping. I thought it was only my room until I spoke to other colleagues that complained about the same thing. But, overall this is a clean decent hotel to stay just needs a little tweaking of the rooms and it could easily be the top hotel in the city. Probably the best one in Cedar Falls already.
