It's a decent place to stay, but there are some inconveniences. Staff is friendly. Parking is located a quarter of a mile away and costs $15 per day, which is quite inconvenient. You need a pass from the front desk to open the parking gate; it would be better if the room card could do that instead. Additionally, the check-in process takes too long. I don’t understand why I need to submit my registration online along with a copy of my ID if I’m going to be asked for the same information upon arrival. I chose this location because it’s close to my vacation venue. Lastly, the complimentary coffee is NOT coffee. LoL

We just returned from a family vacation to Syracuse and stayed at the Best Western in downtown. We had three separate suites, and each one was exceptionally clean and maintained. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Armory Square district, with easy access to shops and restaurants.

What really stood out was the staff. From housekeeping and the breakfast crew to maintenance and the front desk team, everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

This will definitely be our go-to hotel for future visits to Syracuse. Highly recommended!

Location is the best for exploring Syracuse on foot, across from the MOST and adjacent to the Onondaga Creek Trail. But more than that, the entire staff is incredible - warm, helpful, accommodating. A special shout-out to Nancy who is the friendliest staff person I have ever interacted with at a hotel. She went above and beyond to help us. We truly appreciate her kindness.

Stayed for a night with my family and it was wonderful. Seamless checkin and checkout, staff were pleasant and eager to help with any requests made. The housekeeper Amelia had the room prepped to a T. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in. Nancy at the front desk made us feel very welcomed and informed us of all amenities and how to use the waffle machine. Will be staying again !

It was one of the top five hotels that I've ever stayed at. There's a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher in every room.

We stayed here for one night as we were traveling for the holidays because it was along our route. The front desk people were so nice! We loved Steve; so accommodating, kind, and down to earth. We had booked a room last minute with two double beds, but when we arrived there weren't any of those rooms available, so Steve was kind enough to upgrade us to a presidential suite. Also, Jo at the front desk was really nice. The room was clean, spacious, had a beautiful view, and had a good bathroom and shower. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. I would come back here 🙂

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. They also had a good amount of parking available around the area.

Just left this hotel after staying for 2 nights, everyone is super friendly especially the guy at the front desk this morning and the young girl from yesterday, oh and the cleaning lady from the 3rd floor. Overall great people made me feel welcomed. Wish I got everyone’s names to give them recognition. 5 Stars

Loved this hotel! Perfectly located to shops and food. Santana was WONDERFUL, can’t say it enough!! She was so friendly and took care of us because we are honeymooning! 🙂 Also, the beds are insanely comfortable, after a week of wedding activities we slept like a baby. Thank you BW!

The rooms did not meet expectations for the price (specifically compared to the surrounding hotels). However, Stephanie at the front desk was the upmost respectful, kind and understanding. She tried to troubleshoot as much as she could. I did end up canceling my booking, but she made sure I was able to receive a full refund and still offered to assist us in any way.

Over priced big motel that’s all it is although the night time lady at the front desk was really nice the lobby is nice but the rooms need major work small no fridge and let me save the best for last a baby roach was in the bed at night crawling near the pillow after that I was done I can deal with a lot but not roaches

This place is an utter scam garbage hotel scam we had a broken phone toilet which was garbage and had the guy say you can change rooms even tho we did in the begeining and the door did not work 180 doallers for garbage pretty much recipientest was a Karen not the other ones at 3 am had a horrible attitude and we did nothing and was being annoyed because we said we already asked the previous recipientest that we were allowed to be booked by a friend not with us. The toilet was shallow. No food provided for free. The gym was bot even there. Garbage hotel that I'd overpriced the only saving grace was the beds.

Cane to this location for wife's office party. Banquet hall was nice and food was well prepared. Prime rib carving station was enjoyable. Parking was not convenient.

No gym as advertised, rooms were pretty bottom tier, toilet paper was super rough, room was quite cold and I’m not sure the thermostat was working.

My husband stayed at this hotel just a couple of months before we did, and he had a much better experience. There was something wrong with the thermostat, so the room was at 78 degrees the entire time we stayed. The most they could do was to offer us a tiny desk fan. Also, when we booked the room, it advertised a fitness center. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they no longer owned the adjacent building, and, therefore, no longer had a fitness center. That was a huge inconvenience for my husband, and quite the false advertising. No to mention, the rooms are far too small; it was hard for someone to pass through from the bathroom if another person was standing at the hallway mirror.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms are dated but spacious and equipped with all the basics, including a good workspace and enough plugs for electronics. Lobby is bright and welcoming, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Free parking is convenient, and the location is fantastic for access to university or hospitals.

Really good service. Housekeeping cleans the room every day, but doesn't mess with your stuff. Reception staff are cheery and helpful. Bar staff are also good, but understaffed so service can be slow. Laundry is do it yourself, with no powder provided. I knocked a star off because they assigned me a room in a building they no longer own, so I had to move.

Location was ok, was in a college area so it had lots of restaurants and bars around it. Service for check in went smooth, only complaint is the young lady didn’t explain how breakfast worked. If you had to pay or if it was free. It’s in a restaurant inside the part you check in so we learned you have to pay. As for my suite it was not bad, pretty clean all around the board. Was missing the blow dryer it stated came with the room, but no biggie I had my own. A few outlets did not work. No major complaint's, the pots and pans can use some updating, I would book here again.

The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable . The immediate hot water is a nice plus along with the excellent shower facility.. Would like to have had Kleenex available. Otherwise, I’ll amenities were fine. The staff was very friendly, Knowledgeable, and helpful. Beautiful building and great location. We will be back.
