We made an emergency stop here after our friend's radiator broke. Katherine at the front desk helped us out with a case of water. With the friendly service and clean and warm foyer I'd strongly recommend staying here for their hospitality.

We stay here often and it's pretty good for the price. There are often small inconveniences like no towels in the pool, trouble with the blinds in the room, plumbing stuff (this most recent time the toilet kept getting clogged and maintenance finally found a toilet brush that had somehow been stuck down the pipe) but the free breakfast is good, the pool is 24 hours, and the staff is friendly.

This is on the outskirts of Spokane. Easily accessible to the airport, casinos and interstates. They have shuttles as well. Good continental breakfast and a check out of NOON!! Kid friendly. Pool and gym open 24/7

Bed was very hard. Couch was very hard. Rooms were very clean and modern. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan! Breakfast was mediocre but for free, it was as expected. Party of six and we received 4 towels. Called to desk for more and they never arrived.

I’m specifically writing about the Hampton Inn Spokane Airport.
We always stay here when we fly out of Spokane and have been staying at this location for approximately 15 years. The customer service, cleanliness, facilities and free breakfast are truly second to none. When we arrived back at the hotel on our return, there was a mix up with our reservation. Shay handled the issue so professionally and expeditiously- we can’t thank him enough. Janice at the front desk? There aren’t enough words to describe her genuine kindness and professional excellence- she is a huge asset to the hotel.
Yuki from housekeeping was above and beyond kind, and we hope management appreciates her hard work.
Thanks to everyone for making me and my teenager feel so welcome and cared for. Best hotel in Spokane, hands down.

So sad to see a great hotel have such poor customer service.
Sadly every time you call there you get put on hold and transferred multiple times and they cannot seem to find or get you to any kind of a manager. This happened for 3 days in the same week and I tried to explain this to the gentleman it is absolutely ridiculous at this point. The staff is literally telling people to call back in fifteen minutes each time you call. Clearly they are severely short handed but this is unacceptable.
Super sad to see them go downhill like this.

We recently stayed on a couple of different occasions at this property. The hotel was undoubtedly very nicely decorated for the Holidays, and staying in a historic hotel is always a plus. The reason for my 3-star review is because the hotel charged us $25 for early check in. While they had a right to do so, I felt the hotel was trying to extract every dollar they can from customers. In our case, we checked in approximately 1 hour before 4pm, so the fee seemed excessive. After spending over 600$ at this property in less than 24 hours, and being a repeat customer, it would have been a nice gesture to waive that fee (which I have never been asked to pay anywhere else). Lastly, while the suite inside was ready when we entered the room, the previous guest's bed linen was still at the entrance. Overall, and to be fair, we did enjoy our visit. But I do believe that, in the long-term, small gestures will make customers come back more often, which would ultimately benefit the hotel.

The Davenport as a whole whether it’s the historic, the grand, or the tower have gone severely downhill. I lived in Spokane for years and used to eat at the various Davenport restaurants 3-4 times a week. Now I come back to Spokane for work a couple times a month and always stay at a Davenport hotel and I must say it’s getting increasingly worse. The rooms are dirty and unkept and the food has become far less than satisfactory. Idk if it’s due to change in ownership but the Davenport used to be prideful and it has just become so overpriced and underwhelming.

Unfortunately, The high tea at the davenport was probably the worst I've ever had. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but something has to be said. The tea was on the cold side and The various assortment of food that was served was terrible. It tasted as though it had been sitting in the fridge for days. The cucumber sandwiches had dry patches and the pastries did not taste as though they were freshly made at all...more like something you'd get from the supermarket freezer. I'm very disappointed considering the cost. For $300, I think our group was certainly disappointed. Especially considering how much we love the davenport. Hopefully in future there will be some improvement. Though I will say, our server was lovely.

Did a romantic overnight at the Historic Davenport, located across the street from the music venue where we had concert tickets. From my first phone conversations with the front desk to the valets to the servers at the Palm Court Bar, our experience was excellent. Even the dog felt welcome. Next time, we will specifically request a room overlooking a different direction (not east, where there is a busy train trestle nearby). Highly recommended.

The Historic Davenport Hotel is absolutely stunning! The blend of old-world charm and modern luxury creates a unique and memorable experience. The architecture and decor are breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. A perfect spot for a getaway or special occasion. Highly recommend!

Great fun and entertainment that surrounds you as you walk through this hotel. Not only are the people friendly, the new bar is a great hang out and seems to be very busy. The only disappointment was seeing the dusty dirty window sills. You can't help but to look out the window from the 11th floor to see the beautiful sculptures on the building, and to see the lights at night in Spokane. You have to open the curtains to do so. The window sill was not that bad, looked liked it got missed in the room cleaning. But that's why I rated 4. Love the room decors, the bath products etc., and have been there twice now. Love walking around looking at the furniture and art work. Rated 4 for service because you only stock the room for 2 people and not 3 when there are 3 staying in the room. Location is where it all began for Davenport Hotel so it's a great historical location.

Unfortunately, there is homeless all over downtown. But the hotel keeps the entrance cleaned up. The tree elegance fundraiser was nice and helps the Spokane symphony. The inside lobby/lounges are very beautiful and eclectic. You can see the beautiful architect inside with its molding. There were severe lines for the bathrooms. I heard several people saying the rooms needed remodeling/updating like they've done in the main lobby area. I personally didn't stay in a room. The bartenders were very busy and I waited quite a long time just to ask for my credit card. The pricing of the drinks and food items seemed high, but most places nowadays are hiking prices for no real reason.
