We enjoyed our stay here - ghost rider was very spacious for the two of us - with ample sitting areas for breakfast, a balcony to take a breath or soak in the tub, a fairly spacious two person shower area and a comfy bed. The chef was very accommodating and the front desk staff was offering helpful tips for nearby attractions (and gives tons of tips on stargazing when I asked). We were greeted by a warm room full of fresh bakery smells - from a bread maker in the room. It felt very much like home with nice touches and decorations. The inn is located on a quiet residential area, so pros and cons. You’d definitely need a car to move around! The appliance was a bit older (hot tub was a little harder to set, but front desk crews had set it up for us upon arrival) and WiFi was not super fast - so don’t expect too much technology here and just unplug and enjoy. =)

Wonderful!! Tenzin saved our anniversary trip. We originally booked Sky Rock hotel in Sedona. We were treated very poorly by them and the room was terrible. Calling around town to find another place last minute. Luckily we found The Inn at Thunder Mountain.Tenzin, the Innkeeper was so kind and compassionate. The villa was amazing. Private and cozy. Clean and inviting. Tenzin greeted us with freshly baked bread the chef made for us. Thank you Tenzin and his team for taking such great care of us. We can't wait to return. 🙂

It's amazing this place has under 100 reviews. Incredible overall experience. We stayed in the ghost rider room which had tons of natural sunlight. As soon as we entered the room my wife commented it smelled like raisin bread. To our surprise, there was a freshly baked loaf of bread. Each room is stocked with pop, water, jelly, butter and flavored coffee creamers. In the lobby your welcome to grab extra if needed. Breakfast included was 10/10. The biggest draw was the private hottub. My only critique is that it wasn't hot when we arrived. It did take the whole night to heat up before we could use it in the morning. Overall, this hotel / BNB will not disappoint. In the future I'd just make sure to request the hottub is on and hot before you arrive.

Travelled from Australia and I couldn't recommend this place enough. Beautiful rooms, amazing location and delicious breakfast.
I had a very good time here. Robert makes a great breakfast. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is good as well. It's very close to what ever you need.

OK, so here comes another great review...just like the ones I read before booking my room. It is exactly as other described. The rooms are well done, nice finishing, extremely clean. The breakfast is such an awesome addition. The chef is fantastic. First morning I saw him out clipping fresh herbs. The bread baking in the room each day is incredible. My wife and I have been lucky enough to stay in some great places, and this may be the top of the list.

The service and location made this a great experience, but the room makes me not want to return. When booking the room, there are many different options. I believe if we would've booked a cottage, the experience would be different. However, we booked what appeared to be a standard room.... and the rooms in the main building were SO loud. Once people in the building were up, we were up. It's almost like there wasn't ANY sound proofing in the room. We were also across from what looked like an office or working closet. So we could hear workers going in and out multiple times per minute every morning. It was the opposite of peaceful!

“Breathtaking Location and Spa, Rooms Need Updating”L’Auberge Resort in Sedona is a serene escape, perfectly situated by the picturesque Oak Creek. The sound of the water and the stunning natural surroundings make for an unforgettable experience. The spa was absolutely phenomenal—one of the best I’ve experienced—with attentive staff and treatments that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. That said, the rooms could use some updating. While comfortable, they’re starting to feel a bit dated compared to the rest of the resort’s high-end feel. With some renovations, this place could be flawless. Overall, the location and spa alone make it well worth a visit!

I recently visited L'Auberge de Sedona with my mom and daughter, and while the location is absolutely beautiful with stunning view , I was disappointed with the service. Our server was not friendly, which made the experience less enjoyable. We ordered the squash soup, which was served cold, and although the burger was good, the overall experience left something to be desired. I expected a more inviting atmosphere, especially given the lovely setting.I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it would make a significant difference for guests looking to enjoy their time there. Overall, l would recommend checking it out for the scenery.

My husband and I did a day pass here and it was wonderful! We had lunch at the restaurant. They seated us near the stream which was simply dreamy. Calm, quiet, no bugs and just so peaceful.Great snacks and drinks. We also did the pool and spa. Clean, organized, and very relaxing experience.Highly recommend at lease doing the day pass for a relaxing spa experience when you are in the Sedona area.
