I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help other travelers make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory due to serious cleanliness and hygiene issues.
From the moment I walked into the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor — it smelled distinctly of urine, which immediately raised concerns. Upon further inspection, I found visible stains on the bed linens, suggesting they had not been properly cleaned or replaced between guests. Even more disturbing was the presence of leftover food on the floor and under the bed — a clear sign that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival.
The bathroom was arguably the most shocking part. There were noticeable fecal stains on the toilet seat, which was both unsanitary and unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one that charges guests for a supposedly comfortable and clean experience.
On a more positive note, I will say that the hotel staff were courteous and made an effort to be helpful. They seemed genuinely apologetic when I voiced my concerns. However, friendliness can only go so far when the basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene are so clearly lacking.
Overall, while I appreciated the staff’s attitude, the condition of the room was unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations until management seriously addresses the cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Plus no refund or compensation was offered.
