Merry Christmas…. NOT so much…. Hilton name is no good on the east coast. We all know how it takes two to tango, clearly not the manger. Myself and an employee had gotten into an altercation stemmed from the outside door locking me out Christmas Eve. Sounds really dumb but it is what it is. The mangers called me a couple days later about the altercation asked me my side of the situation i simply replied that we were both in the wrong. That was not what he wanted to hear. Then he started to belittled me, acting like my father at that point I had told him this conversation is over. He ended the conversation letting me know I was not welcome at the Hiltons anymore. Which is hilarious being an owner within the hotel Del. People shouldn’t have to know me to treat me with respect. As an investor of the Hiltons they will not be apart of my portfolio going forward. The experience I had with 2 of there hotels here in NY within 5 days is ridiculous. One was complete garbage and the other was certainly on its way, the lack of care is showing. The Hilton promise does not exist here. After the new year I will be parting ways. telling me I’m not welcome was out of line and I will reach out to my contacts once home and after the holidays.

This is our 1st stay in this particular hotel. Our son lives in Rochester and we often stay in a hotel when visiting him. The Hilton Garden is close to Rochester with several restaurants in walking distance. My only complaint is that the mattress was hard. We would stay again though.

Stayed here as I was attending a training course for my work. The room was great, staff were friendly, shuttle was good. Everything was well organized and I have no complaints. Felt safe and it was a good location. Also every meal at the restaurant was awesome and drinks were delicious!

Great location. And nice clean updated rooms. The only issue we had there isn't designated parking for just the hotel and there were a lot of things going on so it took us awhile to find parking. Had to sit in the parking lot and wait for someone to leave.

I booked a room through Hotels.com. When I went to check in the hotel's tap to pay reader was down and I was unable to check in with my phone. Neither Hilton nor Hotels.com is giving me a refund so I paid for two nights of a room that I was not allowed to check in for due to their hardware being down.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rochester and had a few issues that I think could be improved for future guests. After my first night, I came back to find that my room hadn’t been made up—there were no fresh linens or towels, and the bed was left unkempt. It would have been nice if this had been taken care of during the day.Additionally, the shower curtain was missing, which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor. The shampoo and body wash bottles were both empty, so I ended up having to go without. A quick check to ensure these were stocked would have made a big difference. The bed was also uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the middle, making it feel worn out. It would be great if the mattresses could be updated.Lastly, there were no towels available at the pool, but I was able to get some from the front desk after asking. While I appreciated the solo front desk attendant for helping out, it might be helpful to have more staff available to prevent these kinds of issues.Overall, while the stay wasn’t terrible, these improvements would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown Minnesota Mayo Clinic was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The level of customer service was outstanding, making our visit incredibly pleasant and stress-free—something especially important when you're visiting the Mayo Clinic, which is conveniently located just two blocks away. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From providing transportation to and from the clinic to the warm and attentive team members, every detail of our stay was handled with care and professionalism. The entire team was exceptional, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The location, amenities, and service combined to create an amazing experience. I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown to anyone, especially those visiting the Mayo Clinic. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely stay here again in the future.

This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. Do not stay here. The price is insane for what amounts to a Motel 6 experience. Hilton needs to pull its name or get a team in here quick for a full revamp.

In the heart of downtown Rochester. The staff is very friendly. This place gets a one-star because I had to call to get maid service, and the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were empty. The prices that we pay and the quality of the Hilton name those are services that shouldn't have to be asked for.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Parking is not free. The restaurant is below average for food. But my main complaint is the service. My stay was 5 days and I didn’t get house keeping to clean my room even once. I requested almost every day in the morning I was told it would be done but never was. Bit disappointed!!
