The name of the game here is the wait: if you arrive by car, you need to idle in a too-short driveway to get your key and pay for the gated parking (or try your luck on the crowded street). If you take the shuttle, they don't tell you in advance you need to call for it and then when it arrives with all the new arrivals, you'll have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the desk to check you in. This is nothing against the people working the desk - they are doing their best, but it's not optimized for speed and there is no automated check-in. Additionally, I called in advance as the other person I was staying with was going to arrive first and I wanted to be sure she could check in without me and I was assured by the manager it wouldn't be a problem. But it was with the desk person in the evening and she had to wait for 2 hours till I got there. The rooms are fine, but Radisson really needs to get their act together on their service. Oh, and 3 days after we got back they called my phone number to market a 4 day stay at a Choice hotel - a very inappropriate use of my phone number that was given for security only.
