The room was clean, and the bed was fine. It was noisy, however. Airplanes and trains were noisy til late at night. I had to park my car and walk quite a distance from the entrance (it was a park, sleep, and fly hotel). I heard they are renovating some of the rooms. The hotel is quite dated. The shuttle bus was right on time.

This place was overpriced, sketchy people wandering around the parking lot. Didn’t know if my car would still be there when I got back. So I parked it underneath the blinking blue light security cameras, I was surprised to see my car was still there when I got back. Room was relatively clean and comfortable, but I won’t be back.

Hidden fees. First they took the full 3-5 days to return their $50 incidentals deposit. Then they charged $4 on top of that, apparently a hidden 'facility fee' that everyone has to pay per night. If that was a real thing, it should be part of the base price. Staying there, the cost of the hotel was supposed to be on one card, and they verbally assured me when they were taking info for a second card that it was only for incidentals and would be fully refunded. That was a blatant lie. Hidden fees like this are a plague upon the hotel industry, and even though the room was pretty decent, I don't think they should be able to get away charging people extra made up fees just because they want to.

Room was clean and comfortable.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Lakeside Bar & Grill has good food, a nice selection of beer on tap, an especially nice whiskey selection, and Allan is a great bartender. The location is kind of remote from any walkable services.

Convenient location to Portland OR Airport, yet my room was quiet. Comfortable/clean room. Their on-site bar/restaurant was very good & so convenient. Parking is secure but daily fee is considerable. I would stay at this property again.

Worst customer service ever! I traveled through the night arrived at 2am .. when asking about my reservation the man with the dread locks and woman accompanying him treated my husband and I as if we were completely garbage!! I’m paying to stay with you guys, the least I expected was to be treated like a human..Aside from the horrible hospitality.. we arrived to our room and it was a ok.. photos definitely are deceiving..I had to wash the shower before actually utilizing it!! There was mold all over the shower tiles on the wall.. it was just out right disgusting!!My husband left to make a quick target run apon returning, the security guard completely ignored my husbands “good morning” greeting and looked at him as if there was something wrong..I couldn’t express how disappointed I was with this visit!!I don’t recommend anyone staying here unless they like washing their money on disrespect.. Raddisson you must teach, train and develop these robots you have working for you!

The name of the game here is the wait: if you arrive by car, you need to idle in a too-short driveway to get your key and pay for the gated parking (or try your luck on the crowded street). If you take the shuttle, they don't tell you in advance you need to call for it and then when it arrives with all the new arrivals, you'll have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the desk to check you in. This is nothing against the people working the desk - they are doing their best, but it's not optimized for speed and there is no automated check-in. Additionally, I called in advance as the other person I was staying with was going to arrive first and I wanted to be sure she could check in without me and I was assured by the manager it wouldn't be a problem. But it was with the desk person in the evening and she had to wait for 2 hours till I got there. The rooms are fine, but Radisson really needs to get their act together on their service. Oh, and 3 days after we got back they called my phone number to market a 4 day stay at a Choice hotel - a very inappropriate use of my phone number that was given for security only.

I had a very tough travel weekend, and this hotel was a last minute booking. The staff were so kind! They printed me maps and directions of fun things to do around town. The room was very clean. The food at the restaurant was good. They have contactless checkout. You just text them that you left. Highly recommend!

We needed a fenced and secure parking lot and this hotel was great for that. Bonus was clean rooms and helpful staff. Big shout out to Ms Hope Magee who checked us in with a smile, noted my upcoming birthday and made us feel special. She was a true gem in a world that hospitality is non-existent... thank you!

The hotel was really lovely, as were the staff. It was quiet and clean and didn’t feel like an airport hotel at all. They also have a little snack shop downstairs that was super helpful for when I was hungry! We ate by the lake and had delicious dessert from the restaurant.I want to shoutout the staff and especially Kayla for getting my keys back to me ASAP(and for dealing with my anxiety for leaving my keys in another state!)

Room is really comfortable. It’s quiet, the decor is welcoming (art deco-ish), and lots of fabrics to feel warm and absorb sounds. Lobby and desk staff friendly and helpful. HVAC in room is great, mattress super comfortable (maybe pillow-top?), spacious bathrooms with bathrobes. Minor complaints - don’t love the Atelier Bloom toiletries (they feel drying instead of hydrating) and housekeeping was wildly inconsistent. One day they didn’t come until evening, another day they “made the bed” by barely pulling the comforter over and didn’t empty the trash, and then other days the room was fully restored. I keep the room pretty clean to begin with and tip daily so I am disappointed when it gets skipped or the bed isn’t made. But this property is comfortable and well maintained, it’s quiet (no trolly noises all night) and it’s a great location.

I stayed in the hotel and attended a workshop. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The bed is firm and the sheets are crisp and smelling very fresh. The room also has many outlets and USB ports for my laptop, cell phone and tablet. My room included free WiFi. The food from the hotel restaurant was fantastic! The hotel is right by the river and a nice walkway by the riverside. There are also many nice restaurants around within walking distance. Overall, my stay there was very pleasant.

I already have the best experience at the hotel. The staff is very attentive and will go out of their way to help. I love my room. Even the city side provides views of trees and the sky. The room is spacious, providing a couch to sit on as well as a table so you can work on your laptop. 10 thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

If I could give another .5 I would. The service here was wonderful. I actually didn’t stay here rather I hosted an event here. The team was very quick to setup and very helpful with any questions I had before and during the event. It was wonderful working with them. I think the pictures of the venue online looked a little more attractive than the rooms were in person for the event. Other than that they really took great care of us.

Had a really lovely stay here!! The location is absolutely perfect, right along the river and by downtown. Safe and walkable area. The rooms were big and clean with very nice views (we chose the river view room).Staff was awesome: from valet to housekeeping, all very accommodating.Isabel at the front desk was very helpful when we needed some assistance before a rafting trip!Only comments are that parking was pricey— overnight valet $55. Also, keep in mind it’s a bit more river-y and rustic vibes, so if you want ultra modern, this is not that spot.Would definitely return!
