AC broken
Rude staff
Subpar breakfast
Pool & hot tubs lack luster

I rented the fireplace suite for the week and was very disappointed. I guess the AC hasn't worked in that room for a very long time when I mentioned it to the front desk I was treated very rudely.

Hotel was very nice. My complaint was the general maintenance of the hotel. 3 out of the 5 hot tubs were out of service and the one in the pool area had water that was very low. Also, the window frame in our room was completely falling apart. It seemed that cleanliness wasn't an issue, the hotel was clean. However, maintenance almost seemed non-existent.

We have always given this place a five star, but their breakfast has really gone downhill eggs for rubbery and dry with no taste. It went from wonderful sausages to free formed sausage patties, which were only marginal and to get really fussy. We never did get a hot cookie each time we checked on them they were dryand cold. If you are going to raise the price each time we come the least you could do is raise the quality of your breakfast.

We checked in on a Friday and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in a bit early. The front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming. However, we quickly noticed that our room was extremely hot. When we brought it up, we were informed that the building’s main AC unit was being replaced, and the only way to get airflow was by keeping our door open. Unfortunately, the room never cooled down and we were uncomfortable and sweating the entire time.

The hotel has a unique design with four hot tubs in the lobby area. One of them was ice cold, and another had a leak and needed to be refilled every 30 minutes, which made them unusable. On a positive note, the breakfast was tasty, the pool area was nice, and the kiddie pool was a thoughtful addition for families.

That said, it was very disappointing that there was no advance notice about the AC issue or the limited availability of functional hot tubs. It definitely affected the overall experience.

Maddison booked the reservation over the phone and she was pretty unpleasant. But Marsha and Candice were kind and accommodating after we arrived. Breakfast staff were warm and welcoming too. AC is not turned on/upgraded yet, but opening the window worked just fine. I’d suggest letting people know there’s no AC at check in, but other than that no complaints on property. We had a great time and our toddler loved it.

The room was somewhat clean but was dated. The carpet was very dengy. The location is nice but overall a little bit disappointing to stay at a more expensive place and have less value.

The pillows are really uncomfortable and made it really hard to get any sleep. The comforter is also pretty short making it hard to cover your entire body if you’re tall.

Daytime service was excellent. I was a bit frustrated with nighttime service for the airport shuttle. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my scheduled shuttle ride (at 0500), and was told I had to wait until my scheduled time..by the same guy who just sat in the lobby with me…Luckily it’s a short drive to the airport, but why make me wait?

The rooms smelled like copious amounts of animal pee. I recieved quite disrespectful treatment when I respectfully brought this to staffs attention, as the house maid proceeded to give me attitude and inform me that it did not in fact smell. All I can assume is they have grown accustomed to the smell. They had no crib or pack in play upon request, and the rooms were fairly poor condition and incredibly antiquated. The price was one of the highest in the area, which is why it was my choice. Unfortunately, I have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with a stay.

Highly recommend you find any other accommodations.

When you walk into the front lobby and the room the first impressions are great. The place looks very nice and also very clean. I was really annoyed with the noise our room got from traffic on the local streets as it seemed to come right through the wall and window. To add to this issue, using the HVAC fan for white noise wasn't an option because the way they have the wall mount thermostat set up it seemed to have the continuous fan option blocked from use. This is also a problem for us as we like continuous air movement in the room to keep the room from getting stuffy during the night. For what we paid for the stay in this room it was a really big disappointment as we expected way better.
