Great hotel, room was nice and large, only complaint is the comforter wasn't clean when we stripped the bed upon checkout, it had some coffee or soda stains on it. I would stay here again, but I'll check everything first. Breakfast was the norm for a hotel, eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, cereal, etc, it was fresh and well stocked. Kids loved the slides.

The Manager Kim was terrible. Had a problem, she never returned phone call, staff said only manager could assist. No mgr working or not available. She refused to make it right or do anything to assist in anyway when went in person. Sent email which was also never responded to.

Good place to stay. They gave us a room #116 right beside an outdoor light that was pointed up at the building that kept me awake most of the night. Good breakfast in the am.

This was a decent spot for a quick overnight stay. The room had a few minor issues—some worn pulled up carpet and a slow-draining bathroom sink—but nothing that ruined the experience. The small bar with video lottery and free popcorn created a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Chino at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating, which made a big difference. I’d definitely stay here again, though the room condition keeps it from being a full five-star experience.

Overall Hotel is good.
Could use some updates since I see a lot of wear and tear and can tell this hotel isn't the niced. But there weren't any stains or dirt and it has good amenities, a nice staff. I didn't get to try the breakfast, but I assume it's the usual Choice Breakfast like others I've had before. The shower was nice, and so was the pool and waterside. The location is great, too. Just a few minutes from Wal-Mart and a lot of food options.

Hey everyone. Had a great time at the water slides and pool with the family.
The room was great as well.

But I have nothing good to say about the front desk staff.
Especially one lady in particular.
Originally when we spoke with the staff before our trip to Minot, they told us that if we booked a night with them we could park our vehicle in their back parking lot free of charge. Well when we get to the motel their policy has changed amazingly fast.
1 week parking free, the second week $5 per day and by 3rd week they tow your vehicle!
Not what they told us at all!
We tried to negotiate with them and they just told us we were rude for even approaching them about it!
Not a good experience at all!
Wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.

Staff awesome. Breakfast good. Very unruly and noisy children running yelling in hallways until midnight. Very bad parenting. Staff should have stepped in and called parents. TV a bit iffy. Gym great. TV didn't work. No military discount on the weekend. SERIOUSLY??? Sure glad our men and women who protect us don't take the weekend off. CHANGE THIS HOTEL DISCOUNT POLICY.

Very nice and courteous clerk who checked us in. Room was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Free breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Parts of hotel were outdated but clean. Was able to park our truck and cargo trailer. Temp in room was 58 (outside temp was 70) when we got in so opened window to warm it up! Also, toilet seat was loose. Overall, would recommend staying here.

Most everything was great. Temperature in the lobby / registration area was almost unbearable. Check in / check out clerk did an outstanding job. My only issue, is I have not yet received stay points for my previous stay on July 30, 2025.

The room I had was an inside pool facing room. A small group was in the hot tub, jets on high with a Bluetooth speaker blaring music, woke me from a sound sleep after an 11 hour travel day. The front desk agent, Jacob, handled the situation and had them turn off the speaker. I have stayed here before and really like the Revel. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Now I know to request an outward facing room for my future stays! I highly recommend.

Very happy with my stay here! We found a new favourite place for our stays in Minot. Central proximity to the mall and stores is a plus. Great breakfast with a larger selection of hot and cold items than most hotels. A complimentary water or beer with your stay, and the all day complimentary coffee bar was such a nice touch. Every staff member that I interacted with was lovely, always asking how my day is going, how my stay has been and if I have everything I need. The rooms look to be recently updated (love the no carpet!), clean, castable tvs, great beds, and very nice in-room coffee set up. I did not use the pool area but had to walk along it to my room and it looked well laid out. All in all, great stay and we will be back!

The staff at this hotel were top notch! Breakfast was attentively prepared and restocked. In particular we were quite impressed with Kid at the front desk. He managed to take care of guests checking in and at the bar while having friendly conversations with all. Best Western is fortunate to have such dedicated staff. If in Minot again we will definitely return!

We loved the saline pool and comfortable beds. We loved the TV that we could cast to. The customer service was amazing and our families had a wonderful stay. This is the best hotel in Minot out of the 4 we have tried, hands down. The price was perfect and we will be back.

Everything about The Revel was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The guest laundry was FREE, which was a pleasant surprise having to do some freshening up in the clothes department (even provided laundry baskets to use).
The complimentary beer was refreshing before dinner. What we were surprised at was the extensive breakfast selection! In all our travels, this was the best breakfast. The biscuits were fluffy, the oatmeal with at least 10 different toppings, egg, sausage, waffles (4 different syrups) and cold cereals, fruit, yogurt with toppings and pastries. You simply can’t go wrong.
