Rooms we average but the service was great. Especially Stephanie who was in the concierge lounge. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodated. Ashley and Erin at the bar/restaurant was really great too as well as the gentleman in the concierge lounge on Friday night (I can’t remember his name).

Stephanie (Concierge) is awesome!! Excellent customer service, friendly, greeting everyone with a smile and “good morning”.Maintenance gentleman was great. I contacted the front desk regarding the heat temp in my room. He came up, assessed that it would take some time to diagnose and immediate went to check to see if I could be moved so that I would not be further inconvenienced while he worked to resolve the issue. He assisted me with moving to a new room that was conveniently next to the one I had. All with a smile and courtesy.

Dawn at the front desk and Stephanie in the concierge lounge were both incredible!! They made up for the old dated room and the fact my first room had been occupied and never cleaned. Thank you both for turning an potential horrible stay to a very enjoyable one.

The staff from the front desk to the house keepers were very attentive to our needs. Room wasn’t as expected and we were changed right away and given breakfast the next morning. Stephanie in the concierge lounge was very friendly and made sure we got whatever was needed to make the meal/snacks appealing and available. She was friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with my stay here. All of the staff was incredibly accommodating and made me, a single traveler, feel so welcomed. Ashley and Atravia went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and their warm and welcoming demeanor was the perfect way to start my day. I will be traveling back through on my way home and again next week and will be planning this as my stopping point. Thank you for the incredible job ladies 🙂

When we checked in, we were advised that the internet was not working. No problem for us, as we just wanted to sleep. Opened the room door, turned on lights and roaches scattered. Needless to say, after killing 8-10 of these gross things, we slept (very little sleep) with the lights on. I looked out the window to check our vehicle and the inside of the window was disgusting! Someone had written on the inside with their finger.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!arrived at 930pm after a long drive with my family. Crawled into bed quickly and once in bed noticed a bug crawling on the wall. Afterwards got up to use the washroom is when I noticed lots of ROACHES running along the floors. I quickly woke my family and packed up. Went to front desk and the lady said there's no way as they have cleaners who clean the rooms. I had photos and videos so she called someone who said to issue a refund. Absolutely disgusting, they are clearly very away of these issues as I've now read other MULTIPLE reviews about roaches. Business owner should be ashamed of himself running an establishment like this.

Checked in at 930pm with family renting two rooms and we were checking out by 11pm due to roaches the lady didn't believe us however we had picture proof. This is so horrible the fact we had to drag our 7 young kids between both rooms up and out after a long drive. I would NOT recommend staying here !!

OMG!!!! So my husband arrived tonight after driving 13+ hours and was met with roaches! He killed 3 upon walking in and realized there was an infestation. He went to the hotel clerk to tell them and clearly they knew because he immediately refunded his card and said "there's nothing I can do." My husband, now stranded, had to find something immediately, within budget so he can stay for the next 6 days. Do better people!

Service was poor. Arrived 20 minutes before check in time and couldn't be checked in. When we came back it took 30 minutes to check us in. No cable or wifi available. Roaches in the room. Shower Curtain was moldy and mirror was dirty/ spotty. Staff's children lounging around in lobby at night and morning. Staff was rude to other guests when they wanted more coffee 10 minutes after 9 when breakfast ended. We understand it's a budget motel but really expected more from a WYNDAM property.
