I have stayed here before, and it was great…but this was NEXT LEVEL! Dreamy was quite literally, a DREAM! She provided outstanding customer service that was efficient and special. Not sure what her future plans are, but it would behoove you guys to pay for her to get a degree in hospitality and move her up the Hilton ladder. This talent is so RARE these days. From someone who also worked my way up the customer service ladder, she deserves a look! Thanks for making my stay at The Burgundy special, Dreamy!

I booked a room at The Burgundy Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas. When I saw that this hotel required a deposit for the room, I wondered why because I have never had to pay a deposit as long as I have stayed with Hilton. So I called the hotel and asked about it, but the young lady who answered the telephone passed me to a front desk clerk named Dreamy. So I started explaining my concern to her, and just by hearing her voice, she was making my day because she understood why I was concerned and made my day.Her personality is very polite. Her customs service is excellent. She explained it to me and told me why the hotel was taking a despite. I told her I’m not like everybody who destroys other people’s property, but unfortunately, a bad apple makes it harder for everybody else. I told her that was sad.Her customer service was excellent, and I told her where I was coming from and that she would work that shift so we could meet because I hadn’t been to Little Rock, Arkansas, which was my first time leaving where I was heading to handle some business. Even though I didn’t get there until the following day, my son asked me if I was still going because I would have canceled most of the time, but I gave her my word. She even told her coworker to look out for us. Now, where do you find excellent customer service like that?I asked her where to eat, go hiking, and shop. She’s an excellent tour guide if you ever need one in Little Rock, Arkansas. If you ever need a great hotel by Hilton, go here and see Dreamy.I just loved her accent.I will definitely be returning back.PS As long as Dreamy is still working there. She knows her around.

My digital key worked. That was a huge plus. The staff I encountered were helpful and professional. The hotel could use more attention, but it was much better than expected. The room was fairly clean, spacious, and comfortable. I couldn’t turn on the fireplace but at least the heat worked. I slept soundly (i.e. no noise).I would return if ever in Little Rock and recommend to others.

Wow! What a beautiful place. Great location near plenty of restaurants and services. Santisha was a very welcoming person at check in. She was very pleasant and helpful. The decor and ambiance is quite French and attractive. Rooms overlook a central atrium. The room was beautiful with very comfortable beds and pillows. We did not dine at Table 28 because of the very high menu prices. We did eat breakfast at the in house restaurant and it was very delicious and reasonable. Plenty of parking.

Very nice hotel. Super clean. Staff was nice and the hotel was quite. Cost for parking was a little pricey given that they park the cars offsite through valet. I think if your a guest at the hotel it should be free parking. Thirty dollars a day can get very expensive depending on how long your stay is. Not to mention the total cost of the hotel if you are staying for a week or two. Would I stay there again, yes.

Despite the expensive paid parking, this is a great hotel with beautiful rooms and dinning options. In walking distance to additional restaurants and not a far drive from local attractions. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable with the ability to make the room extremely dark for a good nights rest. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because I do think hotels should start letting people know how much parking is when they reserve the room. Being surprised by expensive “per day” parking cost is not a good experience.

Great hotel, but what keeps me coming back is the Bar/Restaurant, specifically Sam the bartender. I travel to Little Rock for business often, and most the time I end up paying $150-$200 more per night to stay here, vs other Marriott properties that would be more convenient and cheaper for me. The reason I do this, is the amazing food, and even more amazing service that I get from Sam and Jamie in the restaurant bar. I was there this week, and due to multiple conventions, the bartenders were slammed! I saw Sam having to deal with multiple people, who I would call idiots, you know the ones who sit there and yell out to the bartender, or wave money at them to get their attention, but then when the bartender acknowledges them to take their order, they are not ready and starts ordering one drink at a time, walking away to go get other peoples orders from a nearby table ect, basically just wasting the bartenders time. I saw this numerous times, but Sam always kept her cool, and made sure they got every drink they wanted. She would even take others drink orders while the original customer "figured out" what all their friends wanted. Even when people were rude, she served them with a smile. I keep coming back and paying more because of Sam, and the food. I will say, if Sam was no longer there, I would not foresee myself coming back and paying more to stay there. The rest of the hotel is nice and the amenities are great. My only complaints would be that the rooms are in serious need of an update/remodel, and once the gift shop (privately owned) closes, usually early around 9:45pm the hotel has no other options to purchase snacks, water, toiletries ect. They either need to have a Marriott owned marketplace for customers, or they need to have the gift shop stay open later.

Generally the experience was very positive. Comfortable room, excellent wait staff, quick checkout. But it did have some surprising oddities. There was no dresser in the room. Any clothes brought that cannot hang up in the closet must be laid out on display on shelves. There was also no in-room safe, which I regularly use to secure my company laptop. I don't know why the hotel would omit either of these two basic needs.

I recently had the pleasure of calling the Little Rock Marriott home for three days, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional stay from start to finish. Every moment spent at this property was a delight. The club lounge was the perfect way to kick off each day, offering a hot breakfast and some of the best coffee I’ve had in a hotel setting. The convenience and quality were unbeatable. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The attention to detail in maintaining the space made it feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect environment to unwind and recharge. The Heritage Grill also deserves a special mention. I found myself not needing to venture out for dinner, as the steak tips appetizers and perfectly cooked lamb chops kept me coming back night after night. The flavors were incredible, and the dining experience was nothing short of heavenly.Whether for business or pleasure, I always look forward to my trips to Little Rock, and the Little Rock Marriott is a big reason why. Highly recommend!
