We stayed here for just one night (06/19/25-06/20/25) while traveling home after a camping trip, in need of a hot shower and a comfortable bed—and this hotel delivered exactly that. The room was clean, and the mattress was an exceptionally comfortable pillow top—I even looked for the brand because I loved it so much! The pillows were really nice as well.
The mini fridge was unplugged when we arrived, but we simply plugged it in and were able to use it with no problem. I assumed it might have been unplugged to save energy, as the hotel didn’t seem very busy. Not a big deal.
The room air conditioner worked extremely well and cooled off our room quick to where we were comfortable.
The bathroom was equipped with wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, though unfortunately, all were empty. Luckily, I had brought my own toiletries, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s something to be aware of.
Breakfast was just okay. While the front desk menu board advertised yogurt and fresh fruit, the yogurt machine was out of order and the only fruit available was an apple. There were still a decent number of options like eggs, sausage (links and patties), biscuits and gravy, cold cereals, toast, oatmeal packets, and a waffle maker, but I’m trying to make healthier choices, so the limited fresh options stood out to me. There was also a tip box in the breakfast area, which felt a little odd since it was self-serve.
What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to assist when our door key stopped working. Their hospitality made a lasting impression.
Overall, yes—I would stay here again. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was wonderful, and the small inconveniences were manageable since I came prepared. My only suggestions would be to improve the breakfast offerings—perhaps offering individual yogurt cups instead of relying on a machine—and to include water among the beverage choices.
