Our stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, a significant letdown and easily ranks as the worst hotel experience we've had in the USA. The interior design feels incredibly dated and tired, screaming for an urgent and comprehensive remodeling. The ambiance throughout the entire hotel was consistently dark and gloomy. Whether we were in the lobby, hallways, or our room, there was a pervasive lack of light that made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming.Cleanliness was a major issue. It was evident that attention to detail in this area was nonexistent, which was quite concerning. The customer service, for the most part, mirrored the overall negative experience. However, we did have two bright spots: Francia, a lovely Colombian lady who assisted us during breakfast, and Karen. Both of these individuals were genuinely helpful and a stark contrast to the general level of service we encountered. We are truly grateful for their kindness. The evening reception was frankly a joke (as the attached pictures clearly demonstrate). Adding insult to injury, the bar area had a strong and unpleasant odor, almost as if it had been soiled with urine.Furthermore, despite the hotel's stated quiet time beginning at 10 pm, this is clearly not enforced. They have an entire baseball team staying here, and the noise levels have been disruptive and ongoing. It appears that hotel management has no intention of addressing this issue for the comfort and consideration of other guests.Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations. This establishment is in dire need of significant improvements across the board.
