Great place to stay in the middle of town. Modern facilities and friendly staff. Only downside was the large number of children in the over 18 hot tub, but that's mostly on the parents, unfortunately, and not the busy hotel staff. Breakfast was great and I had a very kind server. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Garden Inn in Gatlinburg this past week The motel was very inviting and clean. The staff was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would like to say a special THANK YOU to Laura who found my cider (I left behind) and is mailing it to me. Thank you for your kindness. Overall everything was great. I do have to complaints. The breakfast staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Not very friendly. Also, the breakfast--RED FRIED POTATOES--What A joke!!! I expected to have REAL POTATOES from a HIlton Hotel NOT CUT UP FRENCH FRIES!!! It's not that hard to fry up a pan of rea potatoes and it's not that costly.

What the heck!!!! Please tell me how this is a Hilton and I can hear the room beside us tv? I mean I can hear the whole conversation of the neighboring room! I just don’t understand how Hilton’s hotel rooms don’t have some sort of sound proof! The woman at the front desk was very nice! The look of the room is nice but they really could use some sound proofing! The location to downtown Gatlinburg is not too bad. If you’re not used to walking a lot and want a hotel that’s within walking distance to downtown maybe choose a different hotel!

We were happy with our stay, overall and that's why I left 5 stars. For the restaurant/buffet area, I give 1 or 2 stars, at best. This is due to the laziness and rudeness of the staff in that area. The hotel workers were all so friendly, it seemed strange that the restaurant workers were so unpleasant. Not the worst I've experienced, but can definitely improve in that area.

Checked in only to leave 6 hours later. This location has a beautiful lobby and rooms. The front desk and maintenance workers were very nice. Overall the hotel seemed to be clean. But that’s about it. Our room was on the fourth floor. The hallway was very hot and muggy. We could never get our room temp good enough. It was either too cold or hot and miserable. The bed….holy crap. If you like sleeping on concrete then you should be fine. If not and you insist on staying here, go buy a mattress topper. For this to be more of an upscale hotel you would think the beds would be a little more of quality. $280 for one night.. Oh AND if you get a room with a jacuzzi in it be damn careful when you first get in it. I stepped into the jacuzzi only to slip because the base was so slippery from cleaner? (I hope). Luckily I was holding onto the handle bar but that still didn’t stop me from ramming my shin on the thick wall around the jacuzzi. That’s another thing… you pretty much have to do a split to get in it. If you have any mobility issues their jacuzzis are probably not for you.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance and has easy access to the trolley, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, having a bar and restaurant on site was a great perk. However, we were disappointed with the pool and hot tub. It was visibly dirty, very cloudy and the walls were green and slimy, which was quite off-putting. I hope the management addresses this issue soon, as the indoor pool was a main reason I booked this hotel because of the weather forecast during our vacation and it detracts from an otherwise nice stay.Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and friendly atmosphere, but I would advise checking on the pool's condition if that's an important part of your stay.

Super clean great rates and the staff is very friendly!Update!!!!!! Wont be staying here again!! Out 0f a 4 night stay 3 nights were ruined!First off just after falling asleep maintenance wakes us useing a hammer drill fixing the door in the room next to ours at 11pm! The next morning wakes us again early morning! Hammer drill again!!!!Second we go to the hotel bar for dinner and find a catered party there! Having a raffle and yelling and cheering g very crowded and couldn't enjoy my meal! I thought they had event rooms for such events so hotel guests could enjoy the bar and relax! Then try to do my laundry get it washed and gets halfway dry and the dryer breaks! Manager says she can dry them but won't be responsible for damage to my clothes! So off to find a laundry mat to do clothes burning half my day!At the end of my stay I get offered $50 off my 4 night stay!!! Gee thanks guys! I now drive home angry frustrated and miserable! Wasted my vacation here and it won't happen again! Sorry Margaritaville but you've dropped the ball on this one!My family and I come to Gatlinburg 2 to 3 times a year and stay here! But I'm not sure what has happened to this place but won't be returning to Margaritaville! Staff seems unhappy and rude, cleanliness has gone down hill in common areas!

Our family stayed at this property for a Christmas Family Reunion in Dec. The level of service we received during our stay were EXCEPTIONAL. Madisyn L., Sherri W, both from Sales, Nancy, operation manager, and Lee D. the general manager provided us with everything we requested and more. They worked closely with us on every single detail to make sure our family enjoyed our time together while we were there - from the time we reserved our rooms and conference room for our family Christmas Day celebration, to the time we checked out; the staff, including the "head chef" at this property was AMAZING!!! Margaritaville Resort in Gaitlinburg EXCEEDED our expectations. Guess what? We will be back....Great location! Excellent rooms & food! Outstanding staff! Unforgettable memories - Margaritaville Christmas 2024!!!

I feel more on vacation here than any other place that I go on my vacation. This hotel is on the south center area of the main drag in Gatlinburg, so it's an easy walk to everything. The room is always clean and I love having a balcony. I would describe the mattress as medium. This has become my favorite hotel in Gatlinburg.

This hotel is amazing. All the employees we encountered were kind and helpful and provided excellent customer service. The lobby is beautiful and plenty of spaces to sit and relax. The resort is within walking distance of everything, however everything you need the hotel has: restaurant, coffee/snack bar, and spa. There are several restaurants less than 5 minutes that you can easily walk too. The rooms offer a large comfortable bed with large tv and fireplace. The bathroom has a large shower. Moose in valet is wonderful and it’s always great to see his cheerful face. We have stayed here 4 times and it’s always great. Cannot recommend it enough and cannot wait until we can visit again.
