Stay here was great. Rooms were clean and ready to go when we got there. Spoke to front desk about dining options and they were very informative. Liked how you had to use room card for elevator access. We stayed in a room with a great view of the city and was able to soak it in. Valet was amazing with getting our car ready as soon as we came down. Very pleasant stay.

Just like with their other company, Vera Bradley, they spent time on all the little details when they designed The Bradley. Our room was so cozy and welcoming. Being located right in the middle of downtown Fort Wayne gives you access to many things to do, eat, and drink. You'll love your stay here.

While the place and room looked nice, there were a number of things that led to it not being worth the hype or the money.A lot of little amenities that you'd find at other hotels aren't included. There's no coffee maker in the room, and even in the in-house coffee shop seemed surprised when I came up to the counter to order a cup.The bed was uncomfortable. The TV barely worked our first night and wouldn't work at all our second night. In the fitness center, the bike is a pelaton, meaning good luck using it if you don't have a subscription. One of the hotel's restaurants we'd been planning to visit was unexpectedly closed for our whole stay with no warning.

It never ceases to amaze that the higher the price... the less you receive. Room was small, no phone, no included breakfast, no coffee maker in room, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but we could have had the same level of comfort for 40% less at many other hotels. The restaurant had an uncomfortable atmosphere. The cocktails were good.

Stayed here while on a business trip and experienced the best hospitality— from the front desk to the cafe, and from management to valet! The hotel’s architecture and rooms are of Midwest charm and everything is kept clean and neat with thoughtful interior design. I stayed in the king-sized room and the mattress and plenty of pillows were an excellent source of peaceful rest. Highly recommended and will stay here again. Thank you, The Bradley Hotel!

The hotel is good. The staff, especially have been superb at communication. The last time I stayed there, I thought I had an issue with the shower but after the building engineer stopped in to check, courtesy of the front desk, I was made aware of the generally slightly low water pressure. The fact that I was offered the choice to change rooms if I wanted to, showed me the staff greatly care about the comfort of the customers. I stayed in my original room regardless. The only thing I wish there was a bit of variety of was breakfast. I was happy with the stay otherwise.

Real cool to have staff that speak American!! First and foremost my compliment to Steve at the front desk, made every attempt to make our stay a pleasant experience. Was kind enough to let me view our room before staying. Pleasant for conversation too. Door to room had to be slammed to shut.Jacuzzi tub.Was almost Nasty in the room that I finally was assigned. Gaping holes, Chipped Finish, And contrary Pump controls . Bed comfy but covers stiff from detergent I believe. I did report the room issues to the front desk. Did enjoy Above average breakfast. Kinda odd route to the parking.

Mostly a tired hotel. We had a suite and the rooms were pretty dark with very little light. Very much in need of an update. However, all of it is very clean and the staff is friendly, pleasant, and helpful as can be. Overall, a decent hotel.

My family and I stayed here on business and we had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing! I want to give a huge thank you to Jon and Steve (front desk) and Cynthia (house keeping). Jon and Steve always made sure we got what we needed and answered any questions we had as well as making themselves available to assist with anything needed while we had the conference room. I can't say enough wonderful things about Cynthia. She was always cheerful and greeted me warmly every morning that I saw her. She always made sure to ask if we needed anything for the room. She was a bright start to our morning. The breakfast was nice and the gentleman that was in charge of it was helpful and kept everything tidy and filled. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were nice, not to hard. The pool was well kept and clean, my kids had a great time in it.The location was nice and close to many restaurants. All in all our stay was wonderful and will love staying again. Highly recommend!

My large family stayed here over the weekend. We were in from Ohio for a family reunion. I personally want to thank the staff on shift. There were lots of our family members there and I'm sure we were loud as we had not seen many of them in years and we took up lots of space in the breakfast area. All of the rooms were clean and we have no complaints. Breakfast was a treat each morning and the area was very convenient. I would definitely stay again. Everyone on duty was very pleasant.
