Carrie, the young lady at the front desk was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well managed for an older reno. This is something most lower option motels seem to fail at, but not here. The rooms were kept tidy, well maintained and were very clean. The linens, towels, and sheets were also of decent quality and were not worn out. Housekeeping staff was also friendly and courteous. Priced under a $100, this place is a bargain.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western in Florence, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff graciously allowed us to check in early, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was immaculately clean and had a lovely fresh scent. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, a stunning 40" Samsung TV, blow-dryer, ironing board, and a cozy sitting area. But what truly stole the show was the comfort of the beds – I wanted to take the pillows home with me!What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff and cleaning crew. Everyone we interacted with was warm, friendly, and eager to help. Checking in and out was a seamless process, making our stay feel effortless and enjoyable.Overall, I highly recommend the Best Western to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

Unassuming, clean hotel. A little outdated, but front desk said renovations will start Jan 2025. I'd stay here again. Amy @ front desk was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, caring and always had a warm smiling welcome.

Friendly staff frequently greeted us and wished us a good day. Very good breakfast with lots of options and clean eating area. Rooms were clean, orderly, and no problems. Even though right under airport take-off path, planes were barely heard from 3rd floor room. Entry drive situation is unexpectedly blocked at the main road off the highway by newer traffic devices, so be sure to enter at the Speedway driveway.

Hotel was very clean and nice looking for fall time. I cannot tell you how comfortable the bed was. Best sleep I’ve had in awhile. The mini fridge was spacious and actually kept things very cold which i liked. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was always ready and it felt like a cafe in there. The shower pressure and temperature was perfect. The staff was over the top awesome! Speaking to Amy was a treat. Will come again!

My partner and I spent one night with our cat and cane Corso. They were more than accommodating! I called multiple times prior to our trip to ask questions (personal things that were coming up) and the fella who answered was always helpful and likeable. When we arrived Amy, the woman who was at check-in, was amazing! She was sweet, friendly, and so helpful. She even found us an empty box for a make-shift litter box when we weren't able to find a shop that was openEverything was clean. The room didn't smell of animals at all which was surprising. The animals were perfectly content and comfortable and I don't think there was anything we needed that wasn't provided. Breakfast the next morning was more or less your standard hotel breakfast and definitely did it's job. The price was great and all the booking steps were really easy. We were on the ground level right by the desk but never heard any noise outside of our room. It was an easy drive from the airport which was great. If we ever find ourselves heading that was again it's absolutely where we would stay

I stayed here for the Firemen's Convention in Sept 2024. Mike from the front desk was exceptional. The hotel is a very short walk to the boardwalk and Convention center. It's an older place, but i enjoyed the stay.

I'd rate this hotel a 0 if I could. This has went downhill and it's obvious the staff doesn't care. What's sad is it has so much potential if they only cared about updating this place along with replacing all the so called "employees." Dingy rooms that are disgusting with blankets that looked like they haven't been washed in God knows how long with cigarette burns. I don't even think housekeeping actually cleans the rooms, looks like they only take trash out and that's it! To top if off, the workers here are unbelievably rude. We were in the hot tub doing nothing wrong and the older man came out and accused us of drinking alcohol in the hot tub. When we told him it wasn't alcohol, he just wanted to argue with us. So unprofessional! From the other reviews on here, we're not the only ones whose experienced this with the staff. If you like the feeling of walking on egg shells with the fear of management coming out to yell at you over something petty, being watched on camera during your whole stay, and sleeping in a room that makes Motel 6 look like a resort, then you'll love it here. I work in hospitality with another hotel chain and this would never happen in my establishment! Such an embarrassment, so management since you don't care about running this place properly, be expecting your business to shut down! Please don't waste your money or time here, you will regret it.

I booked this room with the same expectations of when I came here as a child with my family many moons ago. Today I realized I will never be back which is such a sad thing to say after countless memories as a child. Upon arrival I noticed the rooms were ran down, but with my kids excitement of the dome and its features I figured I’d overlook it. During checkin I received a list of rules and regulations unlike any I’ve seen at any other hotel. I still decided to roll with it. I won’t deny there was a sign that said no drinks beyond fence in the hot tub area. 99% of hotels sat this but never enforce it. That being said, my family and I decided to indulge in a few drinks keeping them 3-4 feet off of hot tub rail. A worker came out and told us after watching us on camera we have to remove our drinks from fenced area. Ok, fine. We sat them outside of fenced area and the owner shortly after, came over and grabbed the cups my kids had been playing with, not drinking out of and threw them away. I told him that they weren’t drink cups but had been played with by my kids. He said that’s ok, but I’ve sat and watched you guys walk up and drink right outside the fenced area when my kids employee told you they must remain on a table. That is not true, she said no drinks in the fenced area. Long story short we were trying to be respectful, but they were watching us on camera in the hot tub. That don’t set well with me. I’ll never be back.

When we got here the staff was very friendly. We booked a king with spa tub. When we got into the room there was a horrible smell and the heater lamp in the bathroom did not work. The spa tub was nice just very very loud. But the room was disgusting there were cigarette burn holes in the blanket and the chair in the room was so stained and nasty. Before we went to check out there were blood stains on the carpet we did not notice the night before. When I told the front desk she just gave me managements card and told me to email them. The front desk associate was very nice. But it was just a horrible experience.

We had a great time while we were there. We stayed in the pirate room. It was nice and clean. We double checked for bed bugs when we got there due to prior reviews, but all was well. Staff was super nice. Is it a luxury resort? No. But it still was a lot of fun.

The pool was great! My children had a blast! The hotel itself got aged, but cleaned up nicely, didn't feel any inconvenience. Maybe they can improve the breakfast menu.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Bed bug alert...We went to let the desk clerk know we would like to exchange our room because we spotted a lot of bed bug residue on the bed. The clerk refused to change our room even with pictures. No attempt to check our room no nothing just refused to change it or refund us back. There were so manyrooms available she just didn't care knowing we live out of town and now trying to find another hotel. I hope the owner understands this type of service and professionalism is eventually going to run your business to the ground and I know we aren't the only complaints with the same desk clerk.Everything is broken even the spa tubs and smells like mold
