After driving for 20 hours to get to El Paso, the Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport was more than understanding when I requested a room for myself, my 12yr old daughter and our amazing dog Canela at 4:00am. Not only did they allow us to check in at this crazy time, they even placed our room close to an exit door to accommodate walking our dog. These may have been simple gestures on their part, but it meant sooooo much to us. Moving forward, Radisson Hotels will forever be my first choice when traveling. Lifelong patron earned by the amazing staff at this establishment.

Very nice hotel, large though, might have a good walk to your room. A bit noisy due to the location, but clean throughout and a decent bar & grill on site.
First time in El Paso. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. I had a King Deluxe room (old stock, not yet remodeled) - extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Clearly the hotel is well-managed. Excellent location close to the airport, with free shuttle service every half-hour. I would recommend, and will stay here again when I return to ELP.

Great hotel! Very convenient next to the airport. This may be the best Radisson I have ever stayed at. The room was fantastic, and the pool hot tub courtyard was perfect for relaxing, nice and private and well landscaped. Restaurant and bar were perfect for us.We held an event here and it went very smoothly. Noah is a super friendly guy, and was so helpful. He always made sure we were set up and doing well.Thank you Radison El Paso!

Check out time is 12pm…. so why is house keeping not only knocking on our door hours before that time but also opening the door without warning!! They have no idea what state of dress we’re in, we could have been asleep, we could have had valuables in there (and there was no safe either). We paid to be in there until 12, you should not be rushing guests out of their rooms and invading their privacy!!!

The rooms were clean, room service was great. The restaurant at the hotel had great food. I do not understand why a TV in a hotel of this caliber is not a smart TV that was the reason why I took two stars away from it.

The only thing good about this hotel was customer service the beds are itchy that you're literally 5 minutes to get hot water the floors are dirty the blanket to put your suitcase on was dirty Sierra did not work that great the neighborhood was scary the clock was not set no blanket on the bed or a very thin one only one bar of soap the pillows are extremely thin and used no swimming pool or hot tub that it looks like there is in the picture and the continental breakfast was not too good, we paid $100, as we thought this was an excellent rated motel in honestly is not worth more than $50 per night never ever again

The Soluna is in an odd area. There is a budget motel next door, and a sports bar right across the street (that seemed busy, but it was Sat night.) It strikes me as an older hotel that had a facelift awhile back (not new, but also not ages ago.) Checkin was easy and there was plenty of parking around back. The decor is medium browns and…calming. The room was spacious enough, the bathroom decent, the fridge definitely worked (we used it), and there was a microwave and blackout curtains. The bed was alright - standard med firm (not pillow top or anything), the bed was made nicely and the linens soft, and all the lamps have outlets for device charging. The continental breakfast is what you’d expect - yogurt, muffins, toast, juice, coffee, fruit, and someone was making waffles. (At least it looked like a waffle maker.)Not sure if it was just our bad timing, but the jacuzzi was not heated. Neither was the pool (not really a complaint, just still kinda cold- summer temps hadn’t warmed it yet.) Also, no loungers like in their pictures-and the pool area pic is the most flattering angle for the pool area - it’s wedged in a corner and even smaller than it looks. If lounging poolside is your idea- this ain’t a relaxing kinda spot. My only other complaint was the cable…no channel listing provided, no channel channel so you could see what was on (or soon to be). And the remote sucked (were tech-savvy enough to manage using such things- this one was either worn out or needed new batteries.)Overall, I’d definitely consider coming back but I’d call to check on the jacuzzi (I was really looking forward to that amenity.)

What I love about this place is that one of the very first things you notice right when you get here is the large black metal gate that closes at night to protect your vehicle as well as the security cameras around the building. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do not keep the building cool but it is no issue if you turn on your AC for 5 minutes then it can easily be too cold. My room has ALWAYS been clean and comfortable since the last 3 years this has been my go to hotel. Breakfast isnt anything super fancy but I continue to enjoy a waffle in the morning everyday.

Would get a higher rating if the pool and jacuzzi were heated but they are not. RoomPlace decently sized, the beds were pretty comfortable. Not many people at the hotel at the time so it was pretty darn quiet. Breakfast was the usual except the waffle maker was Texas shaped. I would consider staying there again if they heated their pool and jacuzzi like they're supposed to be

It was very decent. I had a king sized bed and a nice sized room on the first floor. Only problem I encountered was the person above me was loud and I could hear everything they were doing during my last night there. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but it may not be their fault, I'm a very sensitive person and have chronic pain so just about anything that isn't memory foam or very cushioned will give my body discomfort. Service was great, everyone was helpful and didn't act rude or indifferent. The breakfast was good, the usual Texas waffle and cereals are offered.
