As a Hilton honors member I hate to leave a post but this hotel was awful. I stayed with my five-year-old granddaughter and upon entering our room, while we were able to check in early, our refrigerator had such a stench that we had to call and have them come and replace the refrigerator with one that did not smell. we then lost hot water in the bathroom multiple times and were unable to take a full shower. No one address this or did anything to compensate us about it. We went swimming in the indoor pool together with our group and had a great time. Unfortunately, 24 hours later all five of us became extremely ill with high fevers, stomach issues, vomiting, diarrhea, bodyaches, and chills. I can’t prove that it was directly related, but the only place we were all together was in the hotel and in the pool. I did use points, but I stayed two nights so I used all of my points to stay at this hotel and unfortunately this was the experience we had. This is certainly not up to Hilton standards and definitely not for the price that they charge per room.
