This place should be demolished and rebuilt. Barely any of the exercise equipment worked. The tub needs attention and it’s dirty in the hotel in general.

Hot tub was broken. By looking at previous reviews, they are not trying to fix it. Pool door would not open with a guest card like it was supposed to. Only one very rude person both cooking and serving the food at breakfast and she made sure it was known that we inconvenienced her.

I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely felt that it was convenient. The front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel could use some work on the rooms mainly but accommodating by the brand standards!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. When booking, I relied on the pictures and reviews, which, in hindsight, were entirely misleading. The pictures presented a false impression of the property. In reality, the rooms were unacceptable. The floors were stained, sticky, and generally disgusting. The bathroom's condition was appalling. Had it not been midnight and difficult to find alternative accommodations, I would have moved immediately.I find it hard to believe that Hilton allows this place to remain open under its brand.

I have stayed here twice now and would stay here again; here are my takeaways. The hotel is very dated, I'm guessing at one point smoking was allowed, rooms smell heavy of nicotine. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, though. Front desk staff are exceptional. Bar maids are the best. Dinner options are limited, saying so, the food is presented well and very good. I do understand that with the many food options within a mile of hotel, having a bigger menu may not be cost effective. The breakfast for what you are required to pay leaves a lot of room for improvement.

Absolutely amazing staff! Specifically, the GM Jason!!! He went above and beyond to accommodate our circumstances. The hotel was extremely clean, up to date, and the food was great. Dinner and breakfast both. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet allowing for much needed rest. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town. 10 🌟

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. The front desk even sent me a text asking me if everything was okay with the accommodations. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Coffee was delicious! The shower had non stop water dripping, they offered to change my room, however, hubs was sleeping. They were thankful I reported it.

The worst hotel in town!! Don't ever book this hotel, there are much better hotels around this exit. The front desk lady "Renee" has no sense of how to talk to a guest, very rude and impulsive attitude.I wonder how the owners allow such type of behavior with guests . Rooms are filthy dirty, lots of hair on bed, rooms having a bad smell, and front desk least interested to solve any issues.

My husband and I travel for work. We stay in hotels more than home. Checked into the hotel Saturday night. We finished our job early Tuesday. We decided to stay till Wednesday. Or so we thought. I woke up Sunday morning, I had a pretty large raised red welt on my arm. Not sure what it was. UNTIL about midnight, Tuesday. My husband woke up with same type of things on each shoulder blade. I knew what it was. Bed bug bites!!! I know staying in hotels there is always a risk. I always check the beds and headboards. Mattress and box springs both had covers all the things. I also know that we could have picked up a bug anywhere. But, no because I had a bite on Sunday and my husband had them tonight. I understand this day and time, things happen, I'm always logical when I have a dilemma. I hope everyone understands, bed bugs do not have to feed every night. They usially feed every 3 days or so. That's true, look that up. All I'm saying is my experience at this hotel was Terrible! Be Cautious when you check into the hotel! Almost forgot, that room didnt have a working heater! Room #221 is where I was. Also, I'm really leaning toward the heat not working because of the bed bugs. Being as they are drawn to heat! When the room upstairs takes showers, apparently, it's has a pretty noticeable leak because it is trickling through the shower insert and dripping in that bathroom tub somehow. (I've posted photos of bed bugs: hope they don't get removed)

My husband and I we're in town for a wedding. To save money because of travel expenses. We decided to book a week here. The facility itself was absolutely falling apart, extremely uncomfortable beds, and our reservation was canceled before we had arrived.Even though we arrived within the time period allowed for check it.We ended up paying more per night.About ten dollars, more, only stayed one night. The free breakfast was an absolute joke when we went down to it. There was 2 apples and a basket and 2 dollar store muffins in another and that was it.We ended up checking out after one night and went across the street. The hotel was much better and cheaper. I would never stay at this property or any other super eights, and we travel a lot. Also a week later still have not received my refund for the week. After being told that we would be fully refunded.
