What a cozy and eclectic spot! I have been a little reluctant to stay at bnb's because I am pretty introverted. Ray's has fun and unique decor and a homey, welcoming vibe. I felt so comfortable here. Our room was perfect, the breakfasts were amazing, the staff members are kind and warm. Love this place and I will definitely be back when I'm in the neighborhood. Don't sleep on this one- make sure you sleep IN it. Haha

The flamingo room was perfect for cozy staycation room, that tub was AMAZING, buddy was comfy, the sauna was a treat and breakfast was DELICIOUS. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the whole place is well decorated with tons of cute things to look at, we immediately felt at home. We will make this a yearly tradition in the winter time for a cozy, easy staycation. Thank you Rays!!!

Loved our experience here! Kat was extremely helpful and very welcoming upon our arrival. Breakfast portions are quite large so they definitely try to take care of their guests even if it is the one meal, you will be full enough to take on the day, they do an amazing job. My gf and I loved the room we had, the eagle’s nest, it has a great view front facing outside of the bnb. Would I come back? YES. Our room was very clean and we had no issues whatsoever during our 4 day stay. Thank you so much Ray’s! We hope to come back soon!

Ray's is simply the best! We've stayed in the past, but stayed a bit longer this time. A Secure parking option(garage space is limited), incredible breakfast, DOG FRIENDLY and a hot sauna after getting rained on walking to the Wicker Park Farmer's Marker! Ray's feels like a home away from home. I would never stay anywhere else in Chicago.

There are no words to describe how wonderful this place is!My fiancée, dog, and I, needed a place to stay for one night as we prepared to pack up and move cross country. Everyone hates moving, it sucks. But the staff at Ray’s were incredibly accommodating and made our lives much easier through a chaotic time.Everything from the parking, the common spaces, the rooms themselves, and the kindness and warmth that Ashlee showed us from the start made us feel like we were right at home.My biggest regret is that we left too early the next morning to indulge in what I know would have been a delicious breakfast.Whether you live in Chicago or you’re just visiting, stay at Ray’s for a couple days. Treat yourself. Spend some time in the sauna, hang out on the roof deck or lounge area. Walk the neighborhood, enjoy the comfort of your room (and heated bathroom floors!).An amazing experience and one I look forward to replicating, with breakfast, whenever I visit Chicago.

Such a unique hidden gem! Loved Ray's. All of the employees were amazing and super helpful. Breakfast is absolutely delicious! Sana available. Loved the 420 friendly rooftop lounge! Rooms are small but such a great place to stay. Walking distance to theatre and other attractions, decent neighborhood.

My wife and I LOVE The Langham Chicago. I am NOT generally a “review” kind of guy, but this place is consistently incredible and deserves it. From the staff at the front (Patrick is the man!!!) to the front desk, housekeeping, management, everyone is spectacular. The rooms are always pristine, service is always on point and the food is excellent. Hats off to you all, our absolute favorite hotel in Chicago.

This is our second time staying at the Langham Chicago. I feel like the hotel has gone down a notch in terms of service. Also, we were freezing in our room even though we had both the bedroom and living room thermostats set to 80. One of the drawbacks of the floor to ceiling windows is poor insulation. On the plus side, breakfast at Travelle was excellent.

I was there today for a friend's birthday brunch and the customer service was outstanding! Starting at the doorman and the valets to the people helping us set up for the party. The wait staff was excellent and so accommodating. The staff behind the desks suggested photo opportunities. My husband and I enjoyed speaking with Phillipe and getting the history of the hotel. The food and drinks were amazing and matched the service. I'm definitely thinking of coming back and doing a weekend "staycation" with my husband. The decor is breathtaking! The Christmas decor is so pretty. The last touch that made me smile was when the doorman, after obviously leaving his post for the day/shift, saw me and let me know my husband was waiting for me in the car. Five stars. Will be back.

Located right in river north, this 5 star hotel with top notch service, dining options, spa and cinema room are fantastic. Accommodations were excellent, felt all our family’s needs were taken care of and some really great dishes between breakfast and dinner (that 24 hour Korean beef is sensational). If I had to give a critique, the spa is pricey yet worth every penny - the rooms themselves are luxurious but noise can creep in from the windows if an ambulance swings by. Overall top tier experience.

I recently stayed at The Langham, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk Marcus & the staff greeted me warmly, making check-in quick and easy. My room was luxurious, spotless, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s amenities, including the restaurant and spa, were outstanding and truly added to the experience. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend The Langham for anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience. I can’t wait to return!

Loving the Langham Chicago. We return here often as a favorite. The Lake View Suite is best for seeing the fireworks from your bed! What a relaxing getaway and refuge from the city after a great day of adventures. There was no oversight here. The shower, marble bathroom, deep soaking tub, and turn down service had us forgetting our cares.

Celebrated my 40th birthday here. Hotel is immaculate and the lobby is just stunning with views of the lake and river. Guest service is really welcoming and always quick to respond to guests. The greeters entering the building are friendly and happy to give you directions and even an umbrella or two when it starts to rain. The rooms here are modern and clean aesthetic with some of the most comfortable hotel beds. We had a junior suite, and the bathroom was just amazing. There's his/hers sink with a middle section to put on makeup, shower is spacious, and the bathtub amazing... deep and wide. I can soak there all day. Differently five star hotel in the heart of Chicago and will definitely be coming back!
