Any review on here over 1 star is either fake or by seriously messed up individuals. This place is so disgusting. Sure, staff might be friendly but the rooms are horrible. We were only there for 5 minutes and left.

The staff has been nothing less than exceptional!! Very helpful and friendly! The rooms are spacious including a full kitchen living area and sleeping quarters! Room was clean had fresh towels soap and bedding upon arrival! Have been offered fresh daily as well! Sidewalks parking and walkways were void of trash and debris!

The furniture was old and gross lots of stains on the couch and chair, the carpet and the room smelled really old and musty, topically everything was actually fairly clean however clearly no renovations have happened there in at least 5 to 10 years, no bugs which was a plus and the Lady in the office was very nice and helpful if you choose to stay here bring Febreze and Lysol spray

We came here cause new windows were being put in our home.The room we were assigned was nothing like pics. Smelled old, old furniture, no toilet paper ( kleenex was there for toilet paper. Scratches on furniture, closet door broken off. No dishes, pots, pans etc. I refused to sleep here. I guess it's good for homeless person stay, beats living on streets?? Good thing I have freshener and disinfectant spray.

We are currently staying here until emergency housing opens up. It has been a very pleasant experience! The rooms are huge, bigger than most apartments. Maintenance and housekeeping respects your living space while you’re staying. They are very accommodating, allowed us to replace our tv due to a small dent in the corner. It’s not like anything you’d see for 100-200$ a night, but if you’re not picky, it’s an amazing place to stay.

Pictures and amenity’s are not accurate!Avoid this place and book somewhere else. There is nothing cleanly about this place and if they do have it, it’s probably broke or out of order like we recently incurred. Hot tub had plywood on it. Treadmill did not work orange juice was out of order. Pop Machine was out of order. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. We would’ve rather smelled the cigarette smoke then the disgusting stench our room had..We checked out first thing in the morning on a two night stay and they had the audacity to charge us for both days. The elevator made a loud dang when we were going to our floor and the railing was hanging off the wall. None of the sidewalks were even shoveled or salted their cans laying all over the place outside this place is absolutely atrocious! SHAME ON WYNDHAM!! We have been longtime Wyndham members, and I am contemplating ever staying at another one!

Awesome place. Pool kinda hidden. Elevator was out of service. My room had a useless half wall between both queen beds. Other rooms didn’t have that wall. Tv was on dresser that was in the middle of walkway. Very inconvenient to maneuver in the middle of the night.

I've been staying here for a few months for work and the staff here are amazing. Danny, one of the owners, is probably one of the best ppl I've met. There are 4 guys that share ownership and they all actually truly care about the hotel and the customer experience. By far the most accommodating staff Ive dealt with in my 23urs of working on the road and staying in hotels

We booked a 2 night stay for a weekend trip to Canton to visit the Pro Football HOF. I have to say this hotel looks to be about ten minutes from bankruptcy. Let's start with the few positives... the location is great right on the outskirts of the Belden Village Mall and the surrounding amenities, so no shortage of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was modern and clean. The towels were fluffy and the linens crisp. In terms of the rooms, it's quite possible their maintenance man owns no tools and is legally blind. A feeble attempt was made to repaint the bathroom door jambs with much of the paint finding its way onto the shower liner, wall, and door. The ceiling featured a failed attempt to repair major water damage with cracked patches and visible seams, and the bathroom paint was a hodge podge of mismatched colors. If you like hot showers, this is your place as there was no cold water, resulting in my wife scalding herself. The overall hygiene wasn't terrible, nor was it up to our standards. There was a sticky substance that looked like spilled soda dried on the top of the TV cabinet upon which ants were feasting. We had to request a new TV remote which didn't work, and facial tissues and toilet paper which were absent upon arrival. The free breakfast featured meager offerings, and Sunday morning, the cupboard was mostly bare and the options even more limited. All in all, I would recommend finding a different place to stay if you plan to visit Canton.

Their were very small ants and a small flying bug of some sort on the 2nd bed. Tub had serious stains and needed new caulking. The pool had a sign it was shut down. However, when a nicer employee was on staff to inform, he said it was fine. Hallways smelled like marijuana so strong. Evening check in attendant didn't seem to have a concern even though it's posted they will charge you for smoking. Breakfast was decent and in a clean area.

Staff were super friendly but as far as needing hotel accessories, they never brought us what was missing. Location was extremely close to everything (5 mins or less). Room was super clean and smelled like cleaning products. However there were tons of ants throughout my room. Pool was super nice, heated and big. Would definitely come back!

This place was literally horrifying. The photos must be 10 years old. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. My corporate travel management system showed this as a 4 Star hotel as well - I guess I should've checked Google first.The exterior is falling apart - the portico actually has cracked glass and brick falling down. The landscaping hasn't been touched in years - I don't even know how they could mow the grass because all of the landscape stone has washed through the grass (which is mostly dead).The hallways appeared to be lit only by emergency lighting. None of the vending machines worked.My room (#221) was clean. HOWEVER; it was positioned directly across from the elevator and right next to a vending machine, utility sink, and open floor drain. I suspect it was formerly a supply closet that was converted into a room. No desk. No luggage rack. I had to open up the ironing board to store my bags. The 3 drawers that were under the tv looked like they would have broken if anything were to be stored in them.The newest thing in my room was the tub and tile; based on the black smudges on the walls, I suspect it was recently dusted for fingerprints...so the new tub and tile were likely the result of a murder. The sink vanity was tiny, the sink was tiny, and positioned way too far back on the vanity. The vanity top was about 2 inches away from the wall, and their solution was to squeeze several tubes of silicone behind it to fill it in.The entire hotel is also collapsing in the middle - my room was dead center of the hotel, and the room had about a 5 degree pitch...it was like a (not so) fun-house. The AC unit was also leaking all over the carpet - it did rain heavily when I was there as well, so it could have been rain. Either way, the carpet was soaked around the window.Oh, and there was a light switch that operated nothing in the room. Under normal circumstances, this wouldn't have bothered me...but in this place, my only guess is that it alerted a serial killer down the hall that a new victim had checked in.Everyone working there was nice. I checked out a day early - didn't even ask for my last night to be refunded due to their policy. They didn't end up charging me for the full stay.
