Very Disappointing Stay
I had a frustratin experience here at Holiday Inn in Boise. The AC in my room wasn’t working properly it barely cooled the space and made loud, constant noises. I stay at hotels a lot especially Hilton sk I know how acs are in hotels. To make things worse, I lost my room key and spent over 30 minutes outside in the summer heat trying to find it. When I finally got back, the room was hot and uncomfortable.
The next day, I brought this up to someone I think was a staff member? and when i told em instead of receiving any kind of apology or concern, I was told the heat was “good for me to lose a few.” That comment was incredibly unprofessional and insulting.
I also tried contacting the hotel manager multiple times after my stay to discuss the situation and never received any response.
Between the poor room conditions, the rude comment, and the complete lack of follow-up, this experience did not meet the standard I expect from a Holiday Inn. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location.

We spent one night at this hotel. Room looks nice. It has the usual amenities including a fridge, keurig and microwave. The bed is very soft, so I woke up with a backache. The bathrooms had everything you needed for bathing in the dove brand. We didn’t make breakfast as it closes early. Be there by 8am to eat. They also have a surcharge for using a credit card to pay. We paid around $40 in taxes and fees

Just outside downtown, this hotel is clean and professional. The management here is the most competent and caring in Boise, where each time I needed something from the front desk, the interactions were good or best in class.

If you want a hotel with good hospitality this is the place!

PS, the night manager made it feel like I was checking in during the day. Excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was a player of the Washington State Volleyball Men's Volleyball team and they treated us like gold. The service was excellent as they gave us personal water bottles and snacks with a warm welcome. Couldn't be more pleased with his hotel. Couldn't recommend enough. You love to see it.

I had an excellent stay! The breakfast was fantastic, and the outdoor heated pool felt amazing especially in the freezing temperatures. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also loved that there were so many restaurants within walking distance. It was an all-around excellent experience, and I will definitely stay here again!

There was a bunch of stuff in the carpet that hadn't been vacuumed up. Somebody had had a party or something. There were stains of some sort all over the heater/ac unit. Cobwebs everywhere. Up by the smoke alarm amongst other places. Looks like there was snot blown all over the wall. The smell inside the hallway smelled of glue and some other chemical. And I have pictures if anybody wants to contest this. I was having surgery and got this place for my mother and my wife because I had good reviews. Little embarrassing to be honest. So thanks for that.

One of the best Holiday Inn's we've stayed at!
The breakfast was probably the best of any, with a HUGE common area for enjoying it.
The Gym/Spa was also a standout in comparison to other locations.
Katya was an incredible help in making sure we maximized our stay with local things to enjoy. OUTSTANDING guest service!!

Very clean. Loved the rooms. Lotion was great. Only dirt i could find was bathroom ceiling vent. Seriously clean. Air-conditioning quiet! And the views were so awesome. All the workers were very busy and working. Kind. Helpful. I want to go back!

I love this hotel, it checks all the boxes for a luxury experience. Traveling alone with my daughter & dog valet in downtown Boise is a nice touch after a busy trip. Close to beautiful parks I always felt safe walking our dog. Hemlock is an excellent restaurant upgrade. Beautiful, well maintained & clean rooms & a lot of thoughtful features. Courteous staff & comfortable lobby. Always look forward to our visits here!

Amazing service and hospitality at a fun hotel in DT Boise. The team working there is very well trained to take care of any and all needs and were so friendly. You can tell they love working there. The complimentary shuttle service is great for getting around downtown. Will be staying here every time I’m in Boise.

We stayed the night in Boise having a late discharge from hospital and arrived for Checkin at 2am, the team were so helpful and our room was beautiful with a fire place. Breakfast was super easy with delivery into the room delivery window! They had a wheelchair to help us also. Thank you 🙏

I had booked a place at the residency Inn across the street, but I didn't know that that was the address and I walked inside this place and they was so nice and then I had a horrible horrible experience at the residency and do not go to that hotel it is horrible And they wouldn't even return my money. They denied it to Travelocity but anyway, I just went ahead and booked this hotel they moved our cars. They gave us a free drink Beautiful hotel room, Amazing go to this hotel these people care they know about customer service do not go to the residency inn.

Staying here on our wedding night and planned to take advantage of room service for dinner. We tried calling both the extension and number provided no less than 10 times over a 3 hour period and never got an answer. Now I'm laying in bed feeling hangry and very upset at this lack of service we had hoped for.

Stayed here for one night traveling they Boise. We had a king suite with a huge patio. Hotel is immaculate and lots of great little extras like prepackaged bags of ice, complimentary sodas and water, welcome beverage on arrival, etc. Hotel staff were all very friendly and hotel is walking distance to restaurants, museums, park, stadium. Will absolutely be back!

This is a lovely boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious - mine had a fireplace and balcony. The decor was on theme. I got there early, they held my bags, and my room was ready on time. The area is great for taking a jog along the river, and the workout area was small but functional. Everything was clean. Drawbacks: the road below was rather noisy and the bed was kind of hard. I would easily stay here again.
