Currently staying here at the moment. For a 4-day stay for a business trip.My bed only has a sheet on it and it has been a rough night of sleep. Is this literally the only bedding you have?

Very nice venue attached to the MOA, free shuttle to and from airport. Friendly staff, and very inviting. Nice quaint bar/restaurant located on the 2nd floor next to the crosswalk to the mall. Will be back.

The hotel feels a bit lazy, I think that they know people will book here because of the mall. Firelake restaraunt has rude staff and mangement. feels like a 2 star hotel. Beds are under par. Have been to a few radissons and this one was on the bottom. The gym was niceWe do wish we had stayed at the Marriot instead based off the service we received at Cedar+Stone. Hope this hotel wakes up and not just count on its location.Edit, received a reply from Yeasin Mahmood 2 weeks after we left the hotel, apologizing for the bad service and that it's not the standard of service and quality we strive to provide at our hotel. Then why did it it happen on our trip.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. When we accidentally left a vintage jacket, there was some miscommunication in the location. But the service and housekeeping located our jacket!! We are so grateful to them for finding it, and getting it back to us!!!

Perfect headquarters for a Christmas shopping trip at the Mall of America. It's connected to the mall, so no need to run across frigid parking lots with bags full of loot. The Executive Lounge is great for unwinding after a long day with a glass of wine and a view of the skyline from 13 stories up.My one minor gripe is that the showers are a bit weak. Would've liked more pressure from the overhead nozzles.

Update 2: the hotel has reached out to me, apologized. And made things right.Update: Was double charged for my room. I called to have it fixed and was told to call back after 8:00 am CST and there would be 2 supervisors on duty that could help. I called back and was told that there was no supervisor on duty until the next day or maybe Monday.I shouldn’t have to chase my money. I prepaid for the room and they charged me for an extra two days. A supervisor or manager should always be on duty or a representative that can correct their error should be there or on call.Room was clean and modern. Perfect access to Mall of America. Never had to step outside during our girls trip. Executive lounge was nice to relax in after a long day of shopping. The lounge also gave a wonderful view of planes taking off during breakfast. The airport shuttle driver was very nice. The only complaint I have is that there wasn’t any coffee in the lobby. I would have loved some coffee before leaving to go back to the airport.

The hotel was nice. It is connected to the mall, which is very convenient. Don't have to worry about driving to go somewhere else. It was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. No free breakfast, so that is disappointing. The beds and pillows were okay. Both were a bit lumpy. Otherwise, everything else was fine. A good place to sleep if you want to be connected to the hotel. If you don't care, it would be worth to go somewhere cheaper.

I really wanted to like this place, but it was disappointing to say the least. For the amount of money you pay for a room at the "resort" you think there would be more bells and whistles that would come along with it. We booked one of the premier rooms (The Majestic Bunk Suite) but there wasn't much to it. While clean, the rooms are starting to show a little wear and there were several items that either didn't work or just didn't work well. The hotel still uses the Dish Network, so we couldn't tell if the channels weren't available to the failing cable provider or if it was the equipment itself, but in either case the kids couldn't watch any of the child friendly networks so we went with the Netflix option instead. I will say this, the resort goes above and beyond to keep the hotel shared spaces clean and dry. Anytime we would go to the lobby or common use areas, there were attendants constantly cleaning and mopping and this was greatly appreciated especially being attached to a waterpark. The room heater loudly ticked all night which made sleeping difficult and there was a chirping fire alarm in the bedroom that they eventually did fix. The waterpark itself was great! Except you have a VERY small window in which to enjoy it. Check in is at 4, but the park closes at 8 PM, every night, and doesn't open until 10 am the next day. Now if you have a 4 PM check-in and a 11 AM checkout, it doesn't leave a whole lot of room to enjoy the park AND your room. While you can enjoy the park before check-in and after checkout, it makes it difficult to do so when you have nowhere to get cleaned up after you're wet, cold and itchy due to you not having a room post 11 AM (late check-out is an additional $75 bucks and only goes to 2 PM!). There are NO free meals, drinks or packages associated with a room or even an upgraded room, so it just to really enjoy the resort at your leisure you're going to be nickel and dimed for anything extra outside of your expensive room and park access. The staff, were great! They were professional and SUPER helpful, but I don't think we'll ever get a room here again, even though the park was fun for all, to get access to just the park, is an expense on its own that I don't believe is worth the price of admission, especially for a family of four or more. This place really could be a GREAT staycation away from home, but they need to find a way to make customers money stretch a little further with more inclusive services, or cut back on the prices, especially in these cash-strapped times.

Expensive and exhausting and fun? The water park is great. The rest is super expensive and they nickle and dime you for everything. $15 just to park at the hotel! So many ways for your kid to ask you to spend more money it's insane. Food was mediocre and costly. Staff was great or terrible. Cool activities for kids like craft hour, morning yoga, pics with Santa - all free. But you pay for it with the very high cost of the room which has tiny beds and barely any seating for rooms that are supposed to accommodate 6. Very loud, very busy even on Sunday and Monday.

I do not have many huge regrets in my life but sadly our stay at Great Wolf Lodge in MN has made the top of my regrets list. If I could take that all back I would! Service is awful! Check in took 45 minutes and they didn’t even give us everything we had in our package. This was a “get away” for Thanksgiving for the 4 of us as we have no local family and my daughter had a tournament close by on Friday. The pool area is full of low chairs, lacking tables big time! And no where to sit. We stood for several hours waiting for somewhere to sit down, our room was not ready yet (as expected) but we thought we would be able to at least sit down while the kids played in the water park. We finally did get a table and then someone took two of our chairs… (our fault for having bags and towels on the table but not the chairs that were pushed in though)We chose to do the “Thanksgiving buffet” that evening to have some tradition in a strange holiday and it was not very good. It’s buffet food, I was not expecting much but for 150 bucks for two adults and two children (beverages NOT included) .. I wanted to leave the second we were seated.. it took super long for someone to come take our drink order.. we had already gotten our self serve food when she arrived, we asked for silverware, it was brought back to our table and thrown in the middle in a pile and still no drink order was taken. That is NOT 150 dollars worth of service.. I’m sorry.. but wow.The breakfast buffet was also something we added to our stay upon reservation. But we were not given vouchers for breakfast and told we did not reserve that in our package for our stay. I showed the server my reservation and he said he would see what he could do. He (bright spot in the trip) came back with two vouchers, one for each morning and said the front desk should have given us those at check in.Breakfast day two was worse, we were given little slips to fill out if we wanted an omelette or special eggs in addition to the buffet.. we filled them out and gave them to the waiter.. (and again had to ask for silverware, which again was thrown in the middle of the table) we waited for our “order” but Nothing ever came, we went to the buffet ate, waited more.. and gave up. No one ever came back to our table.. I am sure we were in there for at least an hour. They had already taken the Voucher from us, the minute we were seated, so we just left. Our room rate was 149 and change each night, the invoice stated 189 for one of the nights… ok, whatever.. it’s not a huge thing, not night was a Friday.. but after paying for parking, paying TAX for parking, Resort fees, tax on resort fees, tax on the buffet, and tax on the room rate… we paid 200 dollars more than we had expected from the reservation.I’m surprised they don’t tax use of the elevator..Oh and all but two of the ice machines were out of order in that huge place!!! I mean… come on!!!If you have made it this far… just know that I DO NOT recommend Great Wolf Lodge.. at all!!! Save your money, stay at a different hotel and to go sea life or something! Do not spend your hard earned money at this “resort” unless money is not an object.. then by all means.. have a blast.. but I will never go back and I will never be able to recommend this place to anyone I care about! Such a let down.

My main complaint is that it is way over-priced for what you get. Check-in when smoothly, however they do not do a daily towel service. You have to go to the front desk to get extra towels. There were no extra pillows in the room and only 1 extra blanket. The room was a decent size and had the amenities advertised. However, the blankets and sheets were poor. Very thin, one single blanket on each bed, and the sheets were not long enough to cover the length of the bunk bed mattresses. The blankets also did not cover the bunk beds- essentially a thin lap blanket was on each bunk bed. The restaurant had very good food at the buffet, however it was still over-priced as they also charge for each beverage, so it quickly adds up. They have sparce staffing in the restaurant, so we were not able to get any beverage refills because they were too busy to assist and had to stand and wait every time we were ready to go because they didn't have our check ready to sign. While the lodge offers additional entertainment- rope course, arcades, bowling, etc- they are all additional charges and all over-priced for the service or quality you get. Check out was automatic and we received an invoice after leaving that also charged us $15/day for self-parking in the lot that we were not told we would be charged. Ultimately we stayed for the water park, which was a great experience, but next time I would stay at a different hotel and do the day pass for the water park to avoid excessive price gouging.

We last minute decided to use the deal we received for a night at $124, water Park was included day of check in and day of checkout which was great because we ended up arriving with only an hour to swim.We plan on coming again mid-winter so we can afford more and plan it better, but even going last minute it was still a great time. We didn't get the breakfast or dinner packages(which IMO are a bit too expensive) the arcade and other activities are included with a separate package for extra money.Room selections were great! Food service and activities are very fun, TV services that are included were surprisingly kids friendly, which is great because usually at hotels we can never find a good, free show or movie. Parking was surprisingly accessible and slide to the entrance. All in all, I think it was a good deal! But the rates quickly go up closet to the date you're trying to book so make sure to book with enough time before your stay date. The deal in great Wolf Lodge website was cheaper than Groupon!

This was our first time at any Great Wolf Lodge, and we were very impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of there way to make it a fun experience for kids. The lifeguards take water safety extremely seriously and do an excellent job keeping everyone safe. The rooms are very spacious. My only complaint is that there is a little wear and tear on the paint/wood in the rooms (which is not a big deal). We loved all of the activities for kids!
