Amazing getaway, I have spent my wedding night here as well as every anniversary and most recently a birthday. My wife and I love Gramercy and every aspect of the first services and property. We can’t wait to come back again for our next anniversary!

We had our wedding at Gramercy Mansion in September 2024, the entire weekend was magical. The gardens were beautiful, the mansion was stunning, the service was impeccable, we had an amazing time and we highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue that is large enough to fit up 150 people but at the same time also provide the atmosphere for an intimate event this is the venue for you! Thank you to everyone at the Gramercy, we will be back for an anniversary weekend! 😌

Perfect venue for an enchanted wedding! Our friends recommended Gramercy Mansion for our wedding venue when we told them we were struggling to find the perfect spot for our enchanted forest theme. As soon as we laid eyes on this bed and breakfast, we were sold! Especially convenient is the fact that it serves as a bed and breakfast. We booked every room so our family and bridal party could stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. If at any point I had a question for them during the wedding planning process, they answered within the hour--always! They were accommodating, their vendors are incredible and the space is packed with so much charm. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the grounds are picturesque. And the owners are incredibly sweet. There's so much history in this place! We are excited to continue visiting for their special events and as guests and lucky that this is a place where we can make even more memories long into our marriage!

Beautiful Mansion! Booked entire mansion for daughters wedding... every room was so interesting and perfect for wedding party. Couldn't have asked for a better venue. Loved all of the rooms. I stayed in the Ambassadors Suite and it was lovely, the shower was amazing and the cozy but spacious room was perfect. Nice size closet, plenty of drawer space and breakfast was delicious. Entire staff was amazing! Highly recommend the Ambassador Suite and really any room at the Mansion.... they were all beautiful.

I recently just got married at Gramercy and everything was amazing. The staff were so helpful and personable. The rooms were so elegantly decorated and very clean. Plus the next morning we got a breakfast buffet with awesome coffee. I definitely recommend booking with Gramercy whether it’s a mini getaway weekend or for bigger events like weddings, Gramercy mansion is 100% hidden gem nestled in Stevenson Md that is just absolutely surreal. Loved everything about my wedding day !!!!

One-Star Review for Four Seasons Baltimore – 200 International Dr.I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received at the Four Seasons Baltimore. My experience was not only frustrating but deeply troubling and unacceptable, especially given the reputation this establishment claims to uphold. To start, my property was stolen (or as of current not returned) during my stay, an issue that should have been addressed with urgency and compassion by any reputable hotel. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and outright disregard. When I sought help from the staff, they failed to take any meaningful action to address the theft or provide support during an incredibly distressing situation. What made this ordeal even worse was the blatant racial profiling I experienced. Despite being told I was not banned from the hotel or accused of any wrongdoing, the staff refused to book me a room without providing a legitimate explanation. Their behavior made it painfully clear that their actions were rooted in prejudice. This type of discriminatory treatment has no place in any business, let alone a luxury hotel that prides itself on hospitality. To add insult to injury, I called the police, and I was forced to stand outside in the cold while waiting for them to arrive being as without reason they would not allow me inside the hotel, nor book a room in the hotel. Their lack of regard for my comfort or well-being during this time was dehumanizing. When the police finally arrived, three officers assessed the situation and expressed their disbelief at how I was being treated. Each of them said this was absolute nonsense and that the hotel staff’s actions were entirely unjustified. They made it clear that my property should have been recovered by now, yet the hotel still failed to take any steps to resolve the situation or show accountability. This experience was not just disappointing—it was infuriating, demoralizing, and an affront to basic human dignity. The Four Seasons Baltimore failed me in every conceivable way: security, service, and respect. To see even law enforcement officers recognize the injustice of the hotel’s actions only highlights the severity of their mishandling of the situation.I will never forget how this establishment made me feel—ignored, disrespected, and treated as if my concerns and comfort didn’t matter. I would caution anyone—especially those from marginalized communities—against trusting this hotel. Save yourself the pain and stay elsewhere. Four Seasons Baltimore is not worth your time, money, or dignity I stayed at the Hilton Canopy hotel, and the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront hotel (both next door to the four seasons) are AMAZING CHOICS. At my stay at both these hotels I was treated as though “ALL LIVES MATTER”.

My family and I went to the ice skating rink that they had there for the holiday and it was perfect. From the valet, guest services and host at the rink was very pleasant helpful and courteous. They had blankets available for the weather and food & beverage for purchase. The rink was on the roof of the hotel and it also has a beautiful view of the city ❤️.

I recently had an appalling experience at the Four Seasons Baltimore that has completely destroyed my trust in this establishment. I was stuck in their elevator for over an hour while trying to visit and make an appointment at the spa for my wife's birthday. What should have been a relaxing and celebratory day turned into a nightmare. After finally being rescued, management approached us to offer their contact information and promised follow-up. At the time, I was hopeful that this would be handled with the level of care and professionalism one would expect from a luxury brand. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I have since emailed the manager twice with no response. The complete disregard for my situation and lack of accountability is unacceptable. As someone who has been a loyal customer of this Four Seasons location—frequently dining at their restaurants and utilizing other services—I am deeply disappointed by their failure to address this incident. Not only did this experience ruin my wife's birthday, but their indifference in the aftermath has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. This level of lack of care is disgraceful for a brand that claims to pride itself on luxury and exceptional service. If they can’t handle a major issue like this, it’s hard to trust them with anything. If they can’t even have the decency to respond to a customer who endured such a distressing experience on their property, it’s hard to believe they care at all about their guests.

I’d like to commend the entire staff at the Four Seasons Baltimore for their outstanding service. From the valet team and front desk to room service, management, and housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My wife and I celebrated her birthday and our 4th wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we made our reservation to check-in and check-out, we received impeccable customer service. It felt as though we were the only guests in the hotel—the staff catered to our every need with such attention and care. The room, the views, and the services were all top-notch! We’re already looking forward to our next stay, and hopefully, we’ll get to experience the Executive Suite next time. If you’re ever in the Baltimore area, do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Four Seasons. You will not be disappointed!Job well done, and thank you for making our celebration so special!
