I traveled to AC for a conference from 12/9 - 12/12. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The team was kind and professional, the room was wonderful plus clean, and the location was perfect. I will definitely return next year. By far one of the most enjoyable stays I've recently experienced.

Good size apartments. Decor is a little dated, but clean enough. Everything you need, including a kitchen and even a jacuzzi bath. Great views from the balcony as we were on the 29th floor. They seem to be trying to sell these as timeshare, but the staff didn't bother us presumably as we are English. Good value, and only 5 minutes from the boardwalk.

Wow! This was the best hotel we have stayed in in Atlantic City! And not any more than we would pay normally. Actually it was cheaper than some. We've stayed in and we're not as nice. The rooms are almost brand new. The areas are huge with a nice kitchenette and balcony. It was also nice that the rooms are either north or south facing so you always get an Ocean view. We had a south facing room so we're able to watch the sunset prior to heading to our concert. It was really neat that they also gave you a wristband that served for security into the hotel as well as your room key! It was so nice to be able to not have to rummage through your purse and wallet to try to find your key. It was super convenient to the Hard Rock which is where we were going to a concert as well as the boardwalk and other casinos. Everybody at the hotel was so friendly. Everything was super clean and I felt very safe. I don't think we would stay anywhere else in Atlantic City after having stayed here.

This timeshare room was nice. We had an upgrade to a 2 bedroom which was nice. The kitchen appliances could've been a little nicer but not bad at all. The beds were comfy & the showers were great. The hotel's activities weren't the best, but the hotel was very accessible to most areas nearby. The Boardwalk was in walking distance. The daily parking fee was aggravating, but that's the norm in the area, unfortunately. Wyndham has a presentation.....not unexpected. Joseph was really great but his boss was very rude initially! Nonetheless, if we return to Atlantic City, we will definitely return to the hotel....and be sure to speak to Joseph!

Wonderful view in our room from the 28th floor. Clean and felt more like home than home! Wonderful services. The staff was super friendly! My partner and I felt very safe and secure. Not that far from the boardwalk, either! Next time we go, I definitely want to experience the whole resort experience. The only problem is the elevators. The system could be tweaked a bit.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tanger Outlet Atlantic City, surrounded by shopping centers and large stores, making it a great place to spend time and shop. This hotel was used to host the Miss America pageant, and some of the memorabilia from that time are now displayed in the lobby. However, the service and cleanliness of the hotel are not in line with its price and should be improved. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was not functional and kept giving an error. The hotel should consider changing the term “pet friendly” to “dog friendly” on its website. Currently, they only welcome families with dogs and do not accommodate other pets, such as cats. This could cause confusion for families who reserve a room with a pet, only to find out upon arrival that their pet is not allowed. On a positive note, the lobby features a small grocery store with a Starbucks coffee station, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee while strolling around. The staff member at the coffee station is friendly and talkative, and he patiently helps you choose the perfect coffee. Outside the hotel, there’s a beautiful statue where you can take a photo of yourself in the pose of Miss America being crowned! 😊

Horrible since check in! Went up to my room the key was not activated, had to come back to check in for the entire process again. Went upstairs, half of the outlets in the room were not working. Screaming teenagers in the next room after 11:30 pm and had to call security. Broken microwave and refrigerator and to put the icing on the cake when they brought up the replacement microwave and stove It came up and a roach was in it! This is such a disappointment. Never again.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Stayed in a King Guest Room on the Club Level, 15th Fl. Room was spacious, clean, offered all desired necessities to include a mini fridge and microwave, and the view was phenomenal. Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was great and complimentary for my 1-night stay as a Titanium Elite Bonvoy Member; wasn’t the typical dreary spread, Sheraton actually prepared a really nice feast with plenty of options for any palette. Would definitely return.

I gave 1 extra star because the rooms and hotel were fairly neat and clean. But I am very upset with the pet policy. I have an ESA certified cat. I take her with me on short trips. When I booked my room on hotels.com, over pet policy it stated “Pets are welcomed with pet fee, non refundable”. I took that to mean ALL pets are welcomed. When I reviewed the pet policy on Sheraton website it stated “dogs only”. I called to confirm with the receptionist that this was in fact true. She told me yes they only except dogs. I told her my cat is a service animal and she told me I’m sorry dogs only. I decided to take my trip anyways. When I arrived and got to my room, the first thing I hear is a yapping dog in the room across from mine and very shortly later, I heard another dog 2 doors down barking. I had to deal with the noisy dogs all night. I am very disappointed I couldn’t have my quiet, 8lb cat, who is very clean and is trained not to scratch carpets or furniture. I had to leave early (which they told me I had to pay a fee for early check out when I paid in full for 2 nights?) because I was not feeling well without my cat. I am just disappointed that Sheraton did not help me out and work with me so I could bring my certified service animal.

Was only there for about half an hour to check out the Miss America display cases, and boy was it worth it! All of the cases were incredibly gorgeous and had great and detailed explanations of all the pieces inside them. Front desk and security were also very nice to me, they didn't get bent because I was looking at them despite not being a hotel guest and even were okay having a quick conversation with me about the displays. Combine all that history of Miss America and the very nice staff with all the other things this hotel has inside and out, and I had a great time. If I ever actually stay a night there, I might feel different, but for now it's an easy 5/5.

Always a pleasure booking at Sheraton. We appreciate their welcoming front desk associates and checking in is always a breeze. There can be some interior upgrades to the rooms but for the most part, we love staying at this hotel.

The room size is satisfactory, but the cleaning standards are severely lacking. I found that my room had not been cleaned. Upon entering the room, I discovered that someone had defecated in the bathroom before I could access it. The individual responsible for cleaning the room should have thoroughly inspected the bathroom, as the situation was highly unsanitary. Additionally, if you choose to drive, you will need to park your car across the street, which may be slightly inconvenient. Self-parking is available for an additional $50. I am perplexed as to how this hotel could be considered a 4-star establishment. Room was cold all time in 35 degrees outside.
