I will not stay here again and here is the reason. My sister & I stayed last night she went to make coffee this morning and there was mold where you pour the water in at I took the coffee pot down stairs and all the desk clerk said was ill get you a different coffee pot it was nasty and I will not stay there again

My husband and I recently stayed there for our anniversary. This hotel was one of our favorites, but things have changed. First the good things, the room was nice and quiet and cool. The employees were nice and helpful. Now the bad things, the breakfast was not good at all. The choices were so limited, that we didn't eat it the next morning. The room had a smell. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted. It was a big chunk of ice in the back of it. The carpet felt dirty to my bare feet. We were disappointed.

Went and stayed while visiting family for a few days. Room had a musty smell the whole time. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and you have to get room key reset daily.

This was probably one of the best Comfort Suites I've experienced. The front desk was friendly. My room was huge, clean, and the whole building was quiet. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Me and my partner have stayed here over a dozen times in the last 5 years. Over the last few times, they have charged us a “In Town” deposit. In the beginning it was around $50, no big deal, we always clean up and never leave damage. The last 2 times, they said the deposit is $150! I always ask to talk to a manger and the price gets lowered. This past time, they wouldn’t lower it more than $100. Like I said, we always get our deposit back, but it’s still frustrating! Also everything in our room had damage. Lamps dented and torn, tv remote didn’t work, and the couch….. I couldn’t even touch it. I would expect them to put the nicest furniture in the most expensive room.

WiFi is trash! Will not connect to anything!! And stay connected or even if you do get connected it buffers the whole time Or will stay froze..
all channels on Tv is blurry!
I asked for room service and did not receive, bathroom nasty or felt like it was never cleaned. AC unit couldn’t keep room cool. Fridge was more of the same. Bed was stiff pillows were small and trash!
When I used the microwave the tv cut in and out. Not a good experience for me.

Very clean, reasonably priced. They have a free buffet style breakfast, with made to order omelets, and many other options. At least on the weekends, & perhaps every day, I didn't ask. There was live music in the lobby when we arrived. We did not have a reservation, we just stopped and hoped they had a room. We would definitely stay here again, if we're ever in the area.

I mean if youre gonna see a show or go to a game this is the place to stay. Inside bar is lovely and adjacent restaurant is yummy. Be nice to the servers there! The night we visited there was a huge pre-show rush and the customers made the two servers cry. Not cool people! They're doing their best.

Stopped here for a place to stay overnight on our long trip. The rooms and hotel appear almost new, and was very clean when we arrived. Housekeeping was great and the amenities are nice. However the beds are downright terrible, I'd rather sleep on a cot it was so firm. We had our infant who got little sleep due to the constantly blinking smoke detector on the ceiling and the thermostat that lights up the room when you roll over. I also had to constantly adjust the thermostat but the room never fully cooled off. I got zero sleep and wasted my money staying here. I highly recommend somewhere else even with the price.

Very nice hotel property but the shower had hair all over the back wall. Plus the power has a habit of shutting off multiple times a night. I mentioned this to the hotel counter and they denied it went off more than once. I asked to speak to a manager and the front desk clerk tried to tell me there was not a manager on duty. She finally called the manager on duty and was told I he would give me extra Hilton points. Either I have not seen them yet or they amount given was so small I didn't notice. Later the clerk told me they have issues with the electrical in the building quite often and it is "better" than it was. Nice property, but I can not recommend this hotel.

Stopped here to rest a night on a cross country trip. This hotel is far enough of the interstate (5 miles maybe) that you don’t hear much traffic. It was so well kept and clean in every aspect! We stayed in a 2 queen suite with our kids and the space, amenities, and comfort was SO amazing! Breakfast in the morning was FABULOUS! We actually got a couple plates to take to our room as some were still sleeping. Staff was welcoming, room was spacious and so so tidy!! We will try to stay here again!!!

Front desk staff excellent, attentive. Jacob and an Asian female staff member (apologies that I do not have her name) were very helpful during the stay. The breakfast staff was pleasant and the food was very good. Cooks were always cheerful and great with customers despite working over hot stove making custom orders. Wonderful stay over 3 days!

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel itself was spotless — from the lobby to the rooms, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained.

One of the highlights of our stay was the live music in the evening and the amazing complimentary breakfast buffet. The atmosphere was vibrant and relaxing, making it the perfect way to wind down after a day of traveling. The bar staff were incredible and the managers reception which included a free drink certainly helped.
