Everything is 5 star as far as I am concerned. My room was a King Bed with a sofa pullout. 200 a night. I booked a few days ahead of time so I guess that makes sense. Maybe a little much, but I went with it mainly due to the reviews. Which are good.

I agree with them. The Hotel feels nice. Not too elegant but it smelled and felt right.

I guess I have no complaints. Outstanding landcaping and interior design. SImple, clean, and well appointed. They took out the pool and in its place upgraded the gym. I never understood the hotel pool anyway. So much money to keep them going. Kids might not like that but it is what it is. The gym is nice though. I actually used it. I never use the gym at a hotel. Maybe if I was there for more than a week I would.

I gave it four stars though. How? I mean it sounds perfect. Well it is except for one thing.

You have to pay for breakfast if you want to eat there. No complimentary breakfast. You go to the register and order the food and they give you a number and they bring it to the table. Nice Dining room!!! Super nice. Two pieces of Avacado toast was good. Not 34 dollars good. Got a couple of drinks (gatorade) too. That is Pannera Bread prices. Just not as good. So there is some gouging on there. I did not want to go to Pannera. The second day I did though.

Service was good but if it was real busy then it would be bad. There would be no way they could move food fast enough. I like the breakfast bar. I just want to look at the food and get it. Not read away trying to decide. Which is what my son and I both had to do.

Okay, so the prices are high. I get it. Charge it high if you need to. I do not, and I mean do not want to see a tip request in there anywhere. Not for those prices. Now a two day stay has turned into a 500 dollar visit. I do not travel alot and I do not want deals or sign up for rewards. One time a year I go out and it is only a few days. The only time I do rewards is at Kwik Trip.

It was not just me. I watched 10 families look at this situation and walked out the door. They did not want to pay for one more thing. People were shaking their heads.

Other than that you will not be disappointed. That was just a deal breaker to me. Now other hotels will use that to their advantage. I would.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! Rooms are as expected and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Nice facility which looks recently remodeled. Current parking lot construction did not interfere with my stay at all.

This was by far the best Marriott we have stayed at! Daniel Burg the General Manager was excellent along with Loretta in food services. They could not of been nicer and the hotel was brand new! I would highly recommend this location!

The staff is fantastic! I arrived early and they were able to get me a room. They also made some nice recommendations for restaurants. The rooms have been updated and everything was terrific. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel / its rooms are updated and comfortable. All staff were professional and friendly. Good food & atmosphere at the bar / bistro downstairs. Only negative comment is that we were specifically asked if we wanted to the room cleaned and this never happened. The room was never cleaned.

Booking a stay online has ruined my weekend plans when I made the reservation they put the cost on hold on my card then when I checked in they withdrew the total cost but didn't take the hold off or take the money from the hold they put on so my card has been over drawn until Monday and am stuck with 150 in cash until Monday for my romantic weekend without my kids update it's been about a year since I posted the original it took until Wednesday to have access to my money again5 days total I did see the reply on her I left 2 voice mails by Tuesday the mail box was full and never heard back

We had a very nice week. Staff, particularly Amy were amazing! Amy went above and beyond assisting us. Anything we needed she made sure we received. Carol was also very helpful! Tall Brandon was full of information and got our televisions working. Extremely kind! Hotel is in transition so there are areas not so pretty but still a beautiful property with lots of pretty fixtures and dressings. Breakfast was ok, eggs and potatoes were always pretty cold unless you got them immediately. Also had bacon, cereal, waffles, bagels! The breakfast staff were not as friendly or helpful. There was a larger male rather rude on Sunday.

The spacious suites felt like a home away from home with all essentials, including a microwave and fridge. The largest pool and hot tub in Rothschild were a definite highlight.

We loved our stay. The suite was very spacious and the beds were so soft and comfy. The pool area was a bit stuffy, but the pool temp being warm was welcome, as hotel pools are usually too chilly for me to swim comfortably. The hot tub was spacious enough for multiple families to be in and have their own space. The morning breakfast was fairly standard, but helped us start out our day. We would definitely stay here again. (Also, check out the restaurant across the street during your stay, The Bar had excellent food including many gluten free options)

I give the marketing team a 5 star for false advertisement. The website made this hotel look really nice, so I was super excited to stay at this hotel with my family. However, the pictures were soo deceiving. This is a super run-down hotel that is way understaff.

The day I checked in, there was only one worker who was in charge of EVERYTHING!! She even had to bartend. The only positive thing I can say is that she had great customer service. I hope management pays their staffs well for making them work 2-3 positions all at once.

Our room did not have a working AC unit as it was 90 degrees outside. We were given an option to be moved into another room, but it wouldn't have a working tub/shower. I demanded for another room, so the only other option given was a room with a broken door. In that case, someone always had to be in the room so we can have access back inside. In addition, the tub in this room did not drain at all. The water pipes are horrible! It caused soo much inconvenience and ruined my stay.

The pool looked really nice in the pictures, but that space was totally under construction. It was much hotter than other indoor water parks, so it made it difficult to stay without swimming to cool off. But if you were to swim, the chlorine was so strong, that we had a hard time breathing while swimming. I saw a little boy crying because he couldn't stop coughing from the chlorine. My daughter said her eyes were burning from the chlorine. We go to the Dells all the time, and my daughter has never complained except from this hotel pool.

From reading past reviews, my complaints are the same as others. I hope management will consider not renting out the broken-down rooms because it's not ethical. Especially a room with no working AC in the summer!! That is totally NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

This place has amazing rustic decor. The rooms are generous in size. They have a coffee bar and restaurant. Neither opened while we were there to my knowledge. A nice breakfast with juice and coffee was complementary in the morning. The enclosed water park area had been completely removed and under construction. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub are still in that same huge enclosed area and it was well over a hundred degrees in that big area. I believe it would have been detrimental to anyone’s health to be out there in that hot of summer temperature. However kids with a parent watching were in the pool. I went to the front desk twice during our stay and mentioned the dangerous heat temperature and various employees said owners had been told and said they couldn’t do anything about the heat situation or ventilation of the area.

This was a last minute stay for us on a road trip and it was the perfect choice. While the lobby has a more modern feel, we loved the north woods feel in the halls and rooms. The price was very reasonable and included a hot breakfast with eggs, hash browns, meat, waffles, and some bakery. The staff was friendly during my reservation call and check in. Parking was ample, even with a pop up camper. We didn't use the other amenities such as pool, hot tub, or workout area, but we did walk through and all areas looked very nice. The water park area is permanently closed, but that didn't matter at all to us.

Pool and hot tub were large. Pool was a nice temp. Thursday night was dead in there so we had it all to ourselves! Gym was big and good equipment. It was a nice place with a nice room. It was a very pleasant stay and I hope to stay there again!!
