I'll start with the pros:
- location
- separate kitchenette area
- heater/AC works great
- water pressure
- it's comfortable for a night or two
- silverware and plates/bowls provided
- microwave, fridge, toaster, blender, cups, utensils are provided
As for the cons, it's not a long list, but it's important.
- $39/night pet fee (unbelievable)
- dirty/stained bedding
- poor value for money spent (e.g., outdated and run down furnishings, no paintings/art in room, door looks installed improperly)
- customer service (more on that below)
- cheap amenities (TP, tissues, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap)
So a quick story (i.e., vignette) on the customer service: only one coffee pod was provided for me and my girlfriend. Not a big deal, I'll just go ask the front desk for another, right? We get there, ask for a few more coffee pods, and he gives us only one. I asked for another since there were two of us and the attendant says "that makes four cups"....
Bra...these things cost you $0.30 per packet to order, and I dropped over $100 a night to sleep here. Don't you think I'm allowed more than one coffee pod per day?
Would not stay here again.
