Had do not disturb sign on my door after working overnight and some maintenance guy knocks on my door with a fridge!! I told him to go away and he stands there! I went to reception to complain but they could not have cared less. As a titanium member I even wrote to customer service, yet a week later, have not heard a thing!! Hotel rooms are in need of updating. As a constant business traveler not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Our youth basketball team has stayed for 2 consecutive years at this hotel and had a great experience...from the group booking process (thanks Brea!) to the on-site service (thanks Julianna!) to the willingness to let our folks take over the lobby at night for camaraderie's sake vs. being locked in our individual rooms...solid and positive stay(s) overall!

This hotel is very standard. It is clean, offers nice views in each direction, and is in a great location. It does need to be updated but it is certainly not in any condition to impact the quality of your stay. This hotel once had an indoor pool but it has since been removed.

We've stayed in this location a few times. The location is amazing, you can walk anywhere you want/need, but it is set back so it feels private. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are updated and well kept. I LOVE the beds personally, they're a bit more plush. Parking seems limited and you do have to pay for it, but we haven't experienced any issues with it.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for a wedding and we were extremely pleased with the location! It was walking distance to a lot of things in downtown providence and not far at all driving around the city. When we checked in, Monique helped us and really made sure our stay was great, we are so grateful for her help! The room was nice, clean, and spacious. We would look into staying here again if we planned another trip to Providence!

This hotel is with in walking distance to the convention center. Starbucks is on the way as well. Parking is tricky and it was so much easier to park in the lot across the street. Bummed the rooms didn't have microwaves or mini fridges but the rooms were clean, towels were stocked and house keeping was amazing.

If you’re going to Providence and need a hotel, do NOT book this one. Stayed here for a cheer competition over the weekend. The underground parking (part of the hotel) had a jammed ticket area. We finally got in and went to the bottom and found absolutely no parking spot but a truck parked in the middle so that we couldn’t turn around but instead had to back out. Had to make our own parking spot against the wall somewhere and still had to pay for parking. I am a HH guest and usually Hiltons are much cleaner and up to date. The place was dirty, stinky and rooms weren’t clean. There’s many other hotels in the area, scroll by this one.

The room is worn and outdated. I’ve tripped over the carpet twice already. This is not a 4 star. Probably will go back to Omni and I’m a Hilton girl. Staff seemed annoyed when I tried to give them the other names when I booked four rooms

My client recommended that we stay here because it was close to their Christmas venue. The hotel was not full, so we had a top floor room with an excellent view. Self parking was safe and convenient and the staff was courteous.

Rooms need to be updated and remodeled. Carpet in room is starting to come apart. Shower water pressure is very weak and it takes forever to shower. Called the front desk to have my HH number added to reservation and I was told by the receptionist to come to lobby to take care of that. I did but she never entered the number or entered the incorrect number. Had to go back a couple times. The air vent in room is caked with dust. The sink faucet does not work properly. When I came in the room the first time, there was no soap in the bathroom. Room did not appear to have been cleaned well. Restaurant is good. The food was good but I ordered soup and never got it.

You honestly can’t go wrong with the Hilton PVD. The location is very convenient. Parking is easy, staff is accommodating and friendly. Walking distance from downtown. I absolutely love this hotel. Always my first choice. Prices are fair. The only thing I will say is the rooms are a little bit out dated, but it’s nothing crazy and I’m sure in the near future they’ll do an update. 🙂

I have stayed at the Hilton Providence for work and pleasure on separate occasions. The rooms are clean and tidy, the price is good for the area. The aesthetics are more older/dated but I personally don't find it notable or unexpected for the area. There is limited parking that you pay for. The desk staff are friendly, courteous, and quick with their service. During our last visit I discovered this location accommodates pets as well. The location is good for walking to various parts of Providence, I would suggest parking the vehicle and walking to any events in place of driving. The on site restaurant has a more limited menu but the bar has expansive choices. If you're looking to end the night with a drink or quick bite it's very convenient. The pool and gym area is indoors, year round, but on the smaller side. Would be a good rainy day activity but not something I'd dedicate a day to using.
