Very modern, clean hotel and very close to Graceland. Within walking distance. I felt safe amd they allow dogs. Win-win
Wonderful experience from the second we arrived until we left. Rooms were clean and easy accessible. Dining was excellent and entertainment was great.

The shuttle took longer than we expected. It's a quick drive from the airport to the Guest house. Absolutely loved the decor and Elvis songs playing in the background. Arrived during the Elvis impersonator concert. Tickets were sold out, sure would have liked to attend. Our room was gorgeous! Had everything you need. The lighting is a little too dim in the restroom for me. The beds were comfy and the art work of Elvis' gold suit is a statement piece. Our room overlooked the swimming pool, seating areas and grassy areas. It was very relaxing, At night we'd sit outside next to the fire pit and take in the beauty. Be sure to check out the staircase to the right of the front desk. Keep walking down the hall and you'll see a replica staircase of what's found in Graceland. You can get tickets to Graceland at the gift shop or you can walk/take shuttle across the street to Graceland plaza. The resort restaurant offered menu and buffet items; our servicer was quick. The shuttle service driver was absolutely nice. Would have liked to see the chapel on the hill but that was closed off. It was truly a wow experience.

Wife and I went for two nights on our 37th anniversary. She’s a lifelong Elvis fan but I’m not. Even though I’m not an Elvis fan I thoroughly enjoyed this. Everyone was so friendly, especially a young man named Taylor who was working both nights with everyone’s luggage. The place is beautiful, the food is awesome. We did the Ultimate VIP tour and it was well worth it. The tour is super informative and very interesting. We will be back for sure! Thanks to the Graceland crew for an awesome anniversary.

one of the best hotels I've stayed. The food is A LOT of food here at the hotel so either share or be prepared to hit the gym. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. staff is very polite helpful. Sorry I missed Viva Las Vegas in the theater but very cool to watch the 68 Comeback! Graceland is just as it was when Elvis passed still in the 70's and and beautiful stroll through history!

Beautiful hotel. The decor was beautiful as well, subtle hints of “The King” everywhere and loved the regal staircase. Spotless rooms, very comfortable beds and the staff was fantastic willing to go above and beyond to make the guests comfortable and make sure they have everything they need. Would love to come back again!

The hotel was good and the staff were friendly. The room was actually a little small considering the price but it was clean. The hotel is quiet and we didn't hear anything other than the sound of our ac unit. The idea of the late night PB&J and chocolate milk was cool but poorly executed. You felt like you were in a bread line waiting on your government cheese. The restaurants at the hotel were awesome and I would recommend eating there instead of the entertainment complex. Overall it was pleasant but was it worth the price? Not sure...

I’ll be honest, at first I thought it would be hokey. But the hotel is very plush and beautiful. It is tastefully done with luxury amenities but the prices seemed reasonable. The breakfast sandwich had the most bacon I’ve seen in any sandwich but was only $7. The room was clean and well appointed with a beautiful bathroom. We walked to Graceland. It is a nice addition to the Graceland experience.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay. The hotel is beautiful. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was roomy and I love the shower. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The Elvis movie every night in the theater was wonderful. The live band in the lobby was great. And it was so nice that the hotel offered peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and chocolate milk every

The noise from the street was horrendous, we could not sleep a win until after 2 am when they closed the bar below. I think it would have been nice to be told that, so we may have chosen a room on the other side of the building. I pay $500 to be kept awake by the partying down below. We were driving across the country and only had one night there and it was a huge mistake, I will tell anyone who asks to NOT stay at this hotel, pay $500 somewhere else where they do what they should and provide a quite serene hotel experience. Stay blocks from Beale St and you will thank me.

This is a beautiful hotel! I loved the aesthetics of the room and could have stayed there all day! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the HVAC was quiet. It is a perfect location for the FedEx Forum, and of course it's right on Beale Street. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I'm ever back in Memphis, I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Westin Memphis during a quick visit with family. The hotel was in a prime location just off Beale Street and across from the FedEx Forum. In spite of an event at the Forum, valet parking was top-notch at check in and check out. The staff were genuinely friendly and engaging across the board, from Rico at the front desk to every single valet. We were traveling with our dog, and the staff were equally welcoming to him, as well.We ordered breakfast in the room, which was complimentary due to our Marriott status. This is exceptional as most properties only comp breakfast in the restaurant. It was especially nice as the restaurant was crowded with athletes from the event across the street! The food was slow, as we expected based on the occupancy, but it was delicious and the person who took our order was conscientious and kind. Like I mentioned, EVERYONE was lovely. As Marriott platinum members, we received a suite night upgrade to a one bedroom suite. The room was clean and spacious. The decor was updated and the bed was super clean and comfortable. I gave the room four stars because of a couple of minor issues. The curtains and blinds are electronically controlled, which is great, but only if they work flawlessly. The installation was sloppy and wires blocked the tracks, preventing the curtains from closing. I was able to stand on the desk and move the wires, enabling the curtains to close. Luckily I’m a petite woman, since the desk has a glass top. The other minor issue was the dated bathrooms. They were clean, but didn’t keep up with the other decor in the room.We stay at a lot of Marriott properties around the world, but few warrant this type of glowing review. The employees make all the difference! We thank every one who made our stay remarkable! This will be our preferred hotel in Memphis for future visits.

By far the single worst Westin, I have ever seen. Main pain points are: A) cleanliness B) Service (laundry needs to be brought and picked up at front desk, address on invoice can not be changed by front desk employee) C) room fans are loud and rusty

Was recommended from a friend. I did a two nights stay. Initially all was well when I arrived. The toilet in my room kept trying to overflow due to the water constantly running, mind you nothing was put in the toilet. I went down to the front desk. They said engineering was gone until the morning. They decided to look for a plunger for me to plunge the toilet......They couldn't find one so they advised that I cut the water off...... I then asked what do I do if I have to use the restroom and they replied that I would have to just turn it on and off.... What? I paid a lot for this hotel to have to turn water on and off all night if at all..... I refused and asked the clerck if this is the hotel standard of customer service. I then asked for a different room which he did give me. The next day I requested towels at 2:38pm via the app. After two hours had passed I decided to wave down the cleaning ladies to get towels. Shortly after a gentleman shows up with my requested towels. I explained to him that the cleaning staff never came by to clean my room and asked if he could make sure they would clean my room since I was leaving until later night. He assured me that they would and he would let them know. Of course when I got back to my room, no service occurred at all. I expected way better from The Westin. Greatly disappointed.

The location was perfect. The valet service was $35, but it was worth it. You'll pay much more parking everywhere else. The only issues were with the room. The sheets were put on the bed unevenly, the papers for room service, hotel amenities, and the minibar were all old and wrinkled so we know they've been through a few guests hands, the door stuck everytime to open and you had to push it hard to open and close, and no microwave. We went to try different restaurants and if we wanted to eat leftovers at 3am we should've been able to.

Stay so close to Beale St that you can feel it! Literally if you’re on the back side you’ll be part of the festivities all night long. The picture is from my room’s window.Rooms are super nice and the staff were the friendliest. The cleanliness is not great. Lots of mold in the shower on the heads and around the base.At the end of the stay my daughters said it was the nicest room they’ve ever stayed in, we’d definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel for its location and price availability during Memorial Day Weekend for one night. While they don’t have free parking, they do have $35 valet parking where you are able to take your car in and out without additional charges. If you only need to park your car for the day, there is self parking for $25. The valet were very kind and careful with our car. The guest concierge was lovely, checking on me to see if I was alright and double checked with me to see if we needed one bed or two. The downstairs lobby and bar is nice and even had live music in the evening. The rooms however were not entirely up to par for a Westin Property. It could use a refresh and a good scrub. As you see in our pictures the lamp, the wall, and one of the seats in the sitting area were dirty. I also thought this room lacked the Memphis appeal meaning it could have used some local Memphis artwork instead of bland images from a field. The only local Memphis flair you see is in the lobby in the form of Gibson guitars from famous singers. However the room did come with a fridge, a robe, and coffee machine that was stocked with Starbucks which was a nice addition to our morning routine. There is also a little fridge stocked with mini liquors and snacks for an additional charge. There is no free breakfast which is a shame for the price. Ultimately the location was great as it was a short walk from Beale Street and we did not find the noise from outside too loud. We never felt unsafe. Would love to see a pool installed here given the price, plus it’s hot down in Memphis!

My husband and I love this hotel! We stay here often when we come to Memphis. It has easy parking, is right next to Beale st, next door to the Fed Ex Forum, and within walking distance of all downtown attractions. It’s quiet despite the closeness to Fed Ex Forum and Beale. It’s always spotless, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff always friendly, and the bar/restaurant is awesome. We have never had a negative experience! This visit we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When we were checking in, they overheard us talking and surprised us with an upgrade. We were given a corner suite on the 7th floor that overlooked Beale. It was a gorgeous suite, and we got to see the Memorial Day fireworks from our windows. It made the night even more special.Thank you, Westin Memphis! We will be back!
