Stayed 2 nights. No service to room after 1st night, only 1 reg coffee pod in room. Don't expect bar area to stay open till the posted time. Closed 1 hour early with a customer at the bar. Night time front desk lady has more attitude than answers. 3rd time staying here in 6 months. That was my last time. Service has not gotten better.

If you’re a business traveler, avoid this place at all costs. The hotel is completely run down, and management is clueless. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, the rooms are outdated and dirty, and the so-called “business amenities” are practically nonexistent. I needed a quiet, functional space to work, but instead, I got a loud, poorly maintained room with broken fixtures and a musty smell. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, making even basic requests feel like a hassle. After long workdays, the last thing I needed was to deal with slow service, uncomfortable accommodations, and an overall lack of professionalism. Hilton should be embarrassed by this location. Business travelers—do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

My stay was so wonderful I didn't want to leave. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I didn't want to attend my event. The front desk assistants were very nice and friendly. I will be staying again.

After a very long and frustrating day of travel starting at 5am, I checked in late afternoon and was greeted by the lovely Donna. So helpful and accommodating, she answered all of my questions about the area and the amenities of the hotel. She gave some recommendations and was very personable. I felt like I was being welcomed into a small family owned hotel instead of a large chain. Being greeted so warmly gives this experience a 5 star rating. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel with my two kids the first weekend of November for a USTA tennis tournament. Upon checkin, the front desk gave us free coupons for the breakfast buffet. We were told the buffet opened at 7am on weekends so Saturday morning, I sent my daughter down to eat breakfast at 7. When I came downstairs with my son to get coffee, the waitress handed me a bill. I gave the waitress the breakfast coupon and she told the breakfast buffet didn’t open until 7:30am. She told me that the free breakfast was down the hall in the conference rooms not in the usual, common breakfast area. There were no signs in the hotel saying the breakfast my daughter was eating was al a carte. We had to leave for the tennis courts by 7:15am so this put us in a time crunch. I explained the confusion with the breakfast buffet communication by the front desk to the ladies working the breakfast and asked them if they would accept the breakfast coupon since my daughter only had a waffle. We were told by the front desk breakfast opened at 7am. The breakfast staff told me there was nothing they could do and handed me the bill for $22! I asked them why I was being charged for the buffet if it didn’t open until 7:30. Also, this was the adult buffet price, not the kids. They didn’t respond. I asked them a second time, “How can we make this right?” Again, I was met with a blank stare. The staff told us they were sorry, but their hands were tied, there was nothing they could do for us. We couldn’t wait for the 7:30 buffet to open, so I paid $22 for a waffle and asked for a to-go box. The staff working at this hotel do not ascribe to the Hilton values posted by their elevators.11/5 2pm update: In response to the owner's feedback- We shared this exact review with Hilton using the contact information below and this was the response we received.

Overall, this place is upscale and a bit stuffy. I guess this place is better suited for those folks looking for elegance. I would say it's a bit over priced , but the breakfast is above par. The pillows are either too soft or too hard. All of the essentials are stuck to the walls. Kind of takes away from the elegance. I don't believe we even turned the television on the entire weekend. Nice location with lots of green spaces around nice to take a walk. Museum nearby makes it enjoyable. Didn't have much time to try out the indoor pool. Would I consider this as a nice cozy getaway, not really. Would I consider this place for business or a convention, most likely. Would I consider this place as a place for family traveller's, not really unless you have deep pockets. I guess you now get a good perspective.

I stayed here for a conference. Every staff member I encountered was great, even the housekeeping staff that say hello in the hallways. The room was massive and cozy. I liked how room service came by daily without me asking for it and made my bed and changed out my towels. The breakfast was great. The staff member making the fresh made to order omelets was great and so friendly! The bar / restaurant staff is attentive and great as well. Plenty of inside and outside seating. Beautiful area. I ran along the water and park twice during my stay. This hotel is attached to the Von Braun center, which is great.I’d definitely come back here again. My only complaint is I didn’t know there was a free shuttle to the airport. As I was leaving in an uber, an employee in a van said he could have taken us. I had no idea his was an option.

I have recently had the pleasure of staying a week at the Embassy suites in Huntsville, Alabama. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. I especially appreciate Myra L, she has done a wonderful job! My room has been restocked and extremely clean every day. The cook in the morning has been absolutely amazing and so have both of the bartenders in the afternoon. Everyone has been extremely kind and accommodating especially the front desk. I will definitely be staying here again.
