Checked in and the room is not working correctly. Hottub don't work. Call front desk and they say no Maintenance. No other room available. Why book this room knowing they had a issue with it. Now they say they can't do anything. So we are leaving

The older lady working breakfast was absolutely amazing. We came to California for a trip and she made us feel right at home. She was extremely personable and a delight to talk to. If we ever stay there again, I hope to see her!

In September I stayed at Homewood for two nights on a business trip, and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. While the check-in staff were friendly, things quickly took a turn for the worse after I checked out at 4AM to catch an early flight. To my shock, I discovered a $270 charge on my corporate credit card for smoking in the room—something I categorically deny, as I have never smoked in my life. The hotel never communicated with me about this charge; I had to repeatedly follow up via text and phone calls just to get an answer. After 2.5 weeks of trying, I finally spoke with their new General Manager, John, who has been in his position for only three weeks. Unfortunately, my interaction with him only added to my frustration. He was arrogant and showed a complete lack of customer service. It's concerning to see such poor communication and support from management. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and hope they make significant improvements in their customer service. I have disputed the charges with Visa.

My review is based on the person on the phone. We have a huge account w corporation. Every woman was so nice. I then spoke to a man who had no clue how to answer a telephone and he told me a service animal must go on the first floor. I truly hope this gets exposed to all of America as no device animal must go on first floor and then Marriott is exposed. Yet Marriott told me as usual that is not their policy but what this male said. I am disgusted. I have a reservation and he told 1-800 number I don’t have a reservation after I called him. My boss already signed form for full payment. The man on phone must be some kind of …. I

Just around the corner from my destination (meeting/training) after driving 6 hrs I asked if I could check in little early and she said she would take a look, while I used the restroom. Came back and she had a room ready for me(loved that). The accommodations were great, wifi soso, and breakfast was 👍. One bad note, about 10pm I had to get up out of bed to see if someone was in my shower as the was sound made it like as if someone was in my shower. There was no one there(and I knew this) but was kinda loud

This is touted as an inn with suites. We had one of the suites and that word is a stretch for describing these rooms. It had a stove top that was disconnected, It did have a refrigerator. However usually when I think of suites, You expect them to have plates, flatware, glasses, a toaster at the very least. This had none of that All the cupboards were bare. The internet was very bad. The heat did not work very well. We were freezing. There was one package of coffee and it was decaf available. The shampoo and body wash were both empty when I went in to take my shower. There was only about six channels to watch and no streaming.I think they must have spent all their money on the beds because that was the only thing that was good in this hotel. The beds were comfortable but everything else was awful. And it does look good when you walk in It's decorated nicely on the outside but everything else is very basic or doesn't work.

This is an awful spot. The room is dirty, the heater in the room doesn’t work. When I asked the front desk for extra blankets, in person, I was told they had none. A hotel without blankets! I was told to set the thermostat to 78, which is insane but I did it thinking perhaps there was a quirk. Nothing worked. Returned to the front desk to ask for extra blankets and was again denied. It wasn’t until I mentioned a bad review and berated the poor service that I was finally offered blankets. WTAF? Nightmare. Avoid at all costs. Our room near the road was also noisy with road traffic. No idea where the good ratings come from. Nightmare. I will add photos later. UPDATE: The response from the hotel is very misleading. The staff at the desk initially said there were NO blankets. Wild. He then said to turn the heat up to 78 which I did but the heater did not work all night. When I insisted on blankets and told him the heater did not work (second attempt) he did not offer to look at it. He did not offer to switch rooms. He begrudgingly retrieved two blankets (remember there were no blankets initially) from the laundry room. Another point I should mention, although just coincidental, was that he was all smiles when I first walked in to check in. When my family followed me a minute later the clerk scowled. Coincidentally we then got the hotel crappy room with unlit outdoor lighting and a broken heater with terrible service. I am white. My wife is African. I am sure it isjust a coincidence however and he would have provided awful service no matter what.

It's just sad that you don't get your deposit back, when you checked out it said it wasn't possible to transfer the deposit back. We stayed in different hotels and it worked everywhere, but it wasn't possible here.

Great location...near to some fast food spots...and walking distance to the underground gardens in Fresno. Absolutely atrocious service. We arrived at this hotel tired from a long family party weekend. Checked into hotel and found no towels in the rooms...it was a few of us in the room that needed some basics like towels and shampoo. So we called the front desk ...dialed 0 on the telephone in the room and the phone rang and rang and rang. I called myself 3 times and waited over 5 minutes of non stop ringing. Nobody every picked up...we figured we would leave this problem for the next day once we are all rested. Next morning we called again...nobody ever picked up...we called more than 7 times to the front desk...not one answer...we decided to use what we had and deal with the issue later. When we checked out we advised the front desk about the issue of the phone not being answered. As well as the state of the rooms. The young kid didn't look one bit bothered about the situation. So sad....I will never stay here again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't stay here! No matter what they say...the front desk will not be hospitable!

Excellent customer service. I had problems with the air conditioning and the boy from the morning shift solved the problem immediately, they changed my room. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The very friendly employees, especially the cleaning girl Reyna. I recommend it

The kid that worked the front desk was outstanding The room, however, was subpar the bed had a massive dip in it, and the air conditioning was like present Biden week And ineffective Had it on as cold as I could get it and it only went down to 75°, which is not optimum sleep temperature at all. Shower was nice and the grounds pretty But super overpriced for the lack of basic amenities like a good mattress and AC

A giant roach ruined my in and out Burger when he crawled over it and then his brother made an appearance in the middle of the floor. I'd had enough and wanted to switch rooms but nobody was at the front desk being about 2am. Then had the pleasure of being charged 50 bucks extra for bringing my dogs to somewhere supposedly pet friendly. Nice surprise as it's not advertised anywhere. Outside was nice though. Lots of trees. But I wouldn't stay inside again to save my life.

Very nice room. Quiet location despite being close to major roadway. The design of the facility allows for flower gardens between the buildings and gives it the feels of cottages rather than a hotel. Breakfast was good and more than the basic waffles and cereal. If we did not have a conference to get to, we would have stayed another night.
