We stayed here on Christmas Day and it was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Both my partner and I slept better than we had in a very long time. It was very relaxing, and I will definitely consider coming back next time I’m in town to visit family.

Flooring in the room came up just by walking on it, fireplace could only be felt if I was within 6 inches of it and the whirlpool tub barely worked

Amazing hotel and experience! The location can’t be beat, the staff gives 5 star service, the rooms have a fireplace and the rooms are big, clean and spacious. Lastly, the free drinks and snacks make it a solid value. I’ll stay here at the Inn at the 5th every time in Eugene.
10/17Amazing staff, as always! Thank you for accommodating my special requests.Just really stellar service at my favorite Eugene hotel.Close to boutique shopping, amazing eateries, and entertainment, all within walking distance. And after all that adventure, I came back to a beautiful suite with a cozy fireplace to write this review before bedtime!Cant wait to visit again.10/10 recommend.Ree Campbell

Very helpful and service-oriented staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Great place to stay within walking distance of The Hult Center. We were offered a complimentary drink on check-in and although we were a little early, there was no awkward conversation about it. We were fine to wait, but they were able to accommodate without all of the emotion behind the answer you sometimes can get (instead of the yes or no). IYKYK The welcoming text was really thoughtful as well.

I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never stayed here before. But from the minute we drove up we were greeted by smiling people that set the tone for our visit! Check in was a breeze and we loved our room. We were also gifted a basket filled with treats along with a wonderful bottle of wine from a local vintner. We enjoyed the noon checkout time which allowed us to visit the market and have a leisurely breakfast. Highly recommended and will definitely tell family and friends to stay here!

The perfect spot to relax for the weekend. This is a B&B that we enjoy visiting whenever we are in the Eugene area. Wonderful accommodations and very cordial staff. This is an experience not to be missed. The grounds are impeccable and beautiful to look at. Plenty of places to relax inside and out. Breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

This is an accommodation facility similar to a Japanese pension. It was built by people who enjoyed the gold rush in 1892, and is apparently over 100 years old. However, it is well maintained and comfortable. I came in November, so although it was cold outside, I felt comfortable inside.Breakfast was included, but it was very delicious ♪ I had American sweet waffles 🧇 for the first time in a while. The lemon sauce added a nice aroma.

The Campbell House Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Their rooms are tastefully decorated and have all the modern amenities, including a small refrigerator that has a tiny freezer.the attention to detail is commendable. The hotel is clean and quiet. And the grounds around the Inn are well-maintained. The gardens have lots of greenery and flowers. Front Desk is friendly and is present until 10 o’clock at night. The Inn has two separate houses; one is the main house and the other one is the carriage house. There is adequate parking in the inns parking lot, there is also street parking however, the limit for the street parking is two hours during business days during the day. The inn is located well, it is walking distance from the park and the historic building. The inn is now owned by the innkeeper, however, there is a description of the history of the house available as a printed folder inside the lobby as well as a digital file format that the front desk will send to you upon request .The breakfast is very good. I visited there was a starter of scone and a very small bowl of fruit in size of silver dollar 😄 that had melon cubes, pineapple cubes, and watermelon cubes, that is the only thing I would recommend that can be changed…for the main course there was a savory choice and a sweet choice. The savory choice was a sandwich with poached eggs and spinach, tomato and onions with a side of sausage. Sweet choice was waffles with poached pears. there was tea and coffee available throughout the day. at night at the front desk will pour a glass of your choice of red or white wine before 10 PM.

We loved our stay here. Avery greeted us warmly and went totally above and beyond. Management - give him a raise! He is the reason we will only stay at this inn from now on when we are in Eugene. PS Breakfast was good, too 😁

Beware of very loud train whistles throughout the night!!! The main house and the gardens are beautiful. Everything is perfectly manicured. Don't stay here if you a hauling a trailer, as they will have you park at the very bottom of the hill, and it is quite a hike back up. Room was clean and comfortable, but very plain. The bed was great, and the pillows were divine. You get two complimentary bottles of Kirkland Filtered Water in your fridge, who-hoo! Did not try the complimentary glass of wine at arrival, but cookies were fabulous. Breakfast was photo-worthy, and tasty, but small. Service was excellent. Walking distance to downtown.

My wife and I were just here celebrating our 5 year anniversary. And the Campbell House Inn exceeded our expectations. A beautiful place inside and out. Comfortable rooms that are cozy and a great change from the typical hotel room. But what made this place our new favorite stay was the lovely staff. Abbey and Avery at the front desk were so kind and so helpful going above and beyond to make our anniversary one to remember. They made us feel safe and attended us with such care. A truly lovely place with even lovelier people.

I loved my stay in the Stephen Suite.Comfy bed, fireplace, private balcony (wish it would have been better weather - but hey, then I wouldn’t have used the fireplace). Only steps from the bike path which I hold so dear! The whirlpool tub.. such good scones with breakfast, plus my nightly glass of wine! It was all so wonderful.I grew up in Eugene and have always wanted to stay here. You did not disappoint, thank you, Campbell House!
