At first glance hotel looks great when you walk in. Unfortunately the rooms haven’t received a renovation since the Bush Administration. The gym is atrocious. The Peloton requires a ton of work to get going because the connection is always unstable. The peloton seat also falls down when you sit on it too hard. Extremely unsafe. Elliptical felt like it was going to fall apart.

By fare, the most uncomfortable cheap mattress I have ever slept on at a Hilton property. Then, to add insult to injury, housekeeping failed to fill the body wash. It was completely empty, and I had to use the shampoo. Which was also almost empty. As a traveler who spends more time in hotels that I do at home, this was unacceptable and raised the question. "What else are they not doing?" I left after one night. There are several better managed properties in the area.

People are friendly and good service, however the rooms are dated and there is no curtains, so you get woken up early with no way to block the light, and and night you are exposed and no privacy, they could ad blinds or actual curtains to the rooms

Came to Erie for Splash Lagoon. Not a connecting hotel. Breakfast is also not included but rather $14.95/person.
Tesla Supercharger is same parking lot which was convenient. Close to most shopping centres and food. Right next to the Interstate. Rooms were clean but not that big. Staff are friendly. Would probably not return just because our only reason to be in Erie is Splash Lagoon. Will book a connecting hotel with complimentary breakfast included next time.

We enjoyed our stay on our way through Erie. We were able to charge our Tesla while we napped after we arrived. We had dinner at the bar…Jason was great. We had a fabulous conversation with him while we waited for our food. All the employees were friendly. Our room was quiet, which meant a lot since we experienced noisy rooms at other hotels we stayed in along the way. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this Hilton and the restaurant was incredibly good! Steve in the kitchen is a master with food and Jason at the bar is very friendly and makes the best drinks! Our room was clean and very nice! Would definitely stay here again!

We got bumped from their sister-hotel to this hotel, and we are glad we did. The staff was very accommodating, quickly getting us a roll away cot when needed. The rooms were very clean. The pool area was really hot and small, but the kids loved it. Their meals were really great, though, and the service for breakfast and dinner were the best. Huge shout out to our waitress each morning and waiter last evening. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We came here to visit Lake Erie over Father's Day, and the hotel was very nice. The lobby was very modern, and the woman who checked us in was very nice. The hotel rooms were very nice, but we could tell they were older than the lobby. This wasn't an issue, however, because they were kept up very nicely and there were still modern amenities like a large TV and a Keurig. We got breakfast included when we booked the room, and we were unaware that there was a menu to order cooked-to-order food, so on our first morning we were confused why there was not many options at the buffet. However, we realized that there was an option to get breakfast from the restaurant instead of the buffet, which was much better. There was a soccer team that was being very loud in the pool area, but we did not hear them at all in our room because of how quiet it was. The location is wonderful, right off the highway and by many attractions. Overall, we will definitely return!

This is a long overdue review for our stay in August 2024. This hotel was perfect for us and our friends. Large and clean suites, comfortable beds, good breakfasts, free parking, short drive to Presque Isle State Park as well as other nearby attractions and restaurants, great customer service. Special kudos to Melanie, the most professional, friendly, and helpful front desk staff member I've ever come across in all my hotel stays. We plan to be back this summer.

However
I just wanna give recognition to an individual fellow whom works here.. he knows who he is.. He went absolutely above & beyond his job tonight.. an absolute gentleman, friendly & just an awesome person..
I had just had a long 8hr drive in a coach bus & was looking to find a place to unwind.. he happened to be going to just the right place I was looking for.. his hospitality is absolutely beyond words...
I hope that Springhill knows what a valuable employee they have... Hence the 5 star service rating

As far as rooms.. I kinda wished they still had their jacuzzies as pictured.. it would have been Soo nice to have after such a long drive . To top it off,my bathroom didn't even have a bath tub.. & for some reason the dead bolts lock immediately before closing, Soo the doors slam & don't close, I figured out you have to hold the handle up, to prevent that from happening
The pool was ok .. pool room nice & warm, water a little colder then expected.. but it was ok..

Location: I suppose very convenient for cars & little tight for a bus, but a professional such as myself managed to maneuver around..

Overall though.. It's a nice place..
I say all this, before my stay is even complete.. I check out 2marrow around 2pm..

Hopefully breakfast is good.. 🤪

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude. They save lives at that hotel. My husband and I were on our way to Canada and we got hit by a snow storm by the lake. The police helped us get to that hotel, and despite the fear we had, they made us feel at home. The hotel is clean and comfortable, I want to express my respects to everyone, especially Melanie, she helped us calm down, she advised us as a family, she helped us get home to my daughter. We will be grateful to her for a lifetime. She will always have a family in Miami. Thank you very much. I am RobShe_Nails on Instagram, it would be a pleasure to keep in touch.

The doors have auto deadbolts so the doors SLAM so loudly when you let them shut without holding the handle (and most people do not do that). But the room was mostly clean, a few things were missed/ not as clean as they should’ve been. I enjoyed the bed and the pillows. But we heard everyone above, below, and beside us. Especially above us. Soundproofing is very poor. Lots of kids (running and screaming kids- so bad that multiple people made comments). Included breakfast was alright, pretty standard. I’ve had better but I’ve also had worse.

We stayed at this hotel en route to NY, and overall found it to be a great spot for an overnight stay. Several food options easily accessible, proximity to the interstate, and spacious accommodations for a family with 2 little boys. While most of the staff was excellent, one lady (Taylor, with pinkish hair), was fairly rude / apathetic; and perhaps a bit snooty, but relative to other Marriott experiences, she didn't extend gratitude for us being Lifetime Gold members.

However, overall a really nice location, and would consider staying here again.

Room was ready upon arrival and was clean and had everything it was supposed to have. Only complaint about the room was the bed. It was quite uncomfortable. Seemed like just a cheap spring firm mattress and they don't use king pillows on a king bed. When you roll over, you no longer have a pillow and have to wake up to move it. It always boggles my mind when I come across a hotel that uses a standard pillow on a king bed. Breakfast was typical and tasted good. The lady working there was nice. The front desk ladies at both check in an check out where nice enough. Neither of them seemed like the really wanted to be there and neither thanked me for being a member or even staying at the hotel. Not a big deal, just unusual at Marriott branded hotels. This hotel is in a good location, easy access to the freeway, nicer restaurants, banks, shopping, everything you need. If the beds weren't so uncomfortable, I would stay here every time in Erie.

Was supposed to have joining rooms, and when I called to make reservations, I was assured I would have them. We'll, nope, that didn't happen. The closest they could get us was 3 rooms down. My room had several pubes in the bathroom. It was like whoever was last in there was shedding them. But the kids really enjoyed the pool. The location was fine as well
