The "Executive Suite" does not have a 2-Person Whirlpool as advertised. We recently stayed at this hotel and enjoyed our time there, but we were disappointed by the misleading advertising about the whirlpool in the executive suite. The website suggests that it has a large two-person whirlpool, similar to what’s offered in their themed rooms. However, what we found was a small single-person whirlpool attached to the shower. While the outdoor hot tub itself was nice and we did have a good time, this difference left us feeling let down, especially since we booked it for a special date night using our points. The misleading information changed our expectations and took away from our overall experience.I recommend that management update the website to clearly show what amenities are actually included in each room. Being honest about these details will help future guests have a better stay.

Close to Airport, great staff. The breakfast buffet was really good, and their inhouse restaurant was amazing. The only issue was a power outage, staff was not helpful, provided no information and seemed they did not want to help. No generator, I think I overheard staff say it wasn't working. That was the only issue so 5 stars, although free night should have been given...

It doesn’t excite me to have to leave a negative experience with Radisson Hotel because overall it’s my favorite hotel to stay at on a visit to Colorado Springs. On Friday, November 1 around 10 PM I arrive to the hotel to check in. I stayed in my car to get my mind right to plan out the rest of my evening and I was handling business on my phone. As I was doing so I noticed hotel security observing me, but I paid no mind to it because I stay here quite frequently and I was doing nothing wrong or illegal. The security guard left the parking lot drove away for about 10 minutes, then came back and parked next to my car got out his car knocked on my window and told me I would need to leave the parking lot if I didn’t have room. I abruptly applied to him that I do have a room I’m getting ready to go check in, thanks for checking on me. Not to mention, the security guard was extremely rude for no reason at all. So after 10 minutes, the security guard comes back with the manager on duty. Her name is Jodi and the security guard name is Mike. Jodi approaches my driver door Asking me if I have a room. So I replied to Jodi yes I have a room. I’m getting ready to come inside to check in. I also stayed here last night. I also stayed here all the time and never get harassed like this. So I’ve been harassed and racially profiled as a black man minding his business in his own vehicle for too long? I’ve received the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel in the whole country. I’m Extremely disappointed in how rude and disrespectful both Management and security were to someone that stays at their hotel quite frequently. Otherwise, my stay was fine. The room was clean Internet worked well and breakfast was decent. The customer service and hospitality gets a big zero. They impersonated my character racially profiled me an overall just extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. If you hate your job get a new one, but don’t treat regular customers like they’re trash because that’s how you feel about yourself.

No complaints at all. Everything seemed spotless, worked great, was well appointed, breakfast was memorable in a good way, our stay was peaceful, the hot tub & pool area were 5 star, & front desk staff were so sweet. Bonus points that I was able to park easily & close in a well lit area despite getting there at like 11 pm. I am grateful for the help I received without expectation when y'all saw me struggling with the luggage trolley while I left my children in the lobby. They were even given little treats meanwhile! Breakfast, although free, was cooked to perfection, & it was a great selection, even for us having two vegetarians in our party. While I was hesitant to try out a 3.5 star place, I now cannot wait to return. Slept well in those clean, comfy beds. My only disappointment is in booking through a 3rd party & paying extra for mountain view, only to wake up facing the pool.

The front desk clerk was completely rude and stuck up. I called hotel to inform them that I had to service animals coming with me. I was placed on hold saying they’re in shift change and they would place me on hold. They never took me off of hold. I was probably on hold for like 3040 minutes until I finally hung up. Upon arrival the manager and front desk lady was completely rude upon check-in. I have two service animals and she told me that my service animals cannot go into the breakfast room. They are service animals they’re allowed to go into restaurants or anything like that then I was told my service animals have to be in a kennel when I’m not in the room with them or not not with me they are service animals, secondly they overcharged me up the ass. I was told a certain price my booking for a certain room. They overcharged me and gave me the wrong room. Upon check out I asked if I could get a receipt. I was denied a receipt and said it would be emailed me I have yet to receive a email. I checked out a day early because of the front desk rudeness and how their employees and manager didn’t allow my services animals to be with me other than in the room. My dogs are trained to do certain task for me and the employees denied them being with me. Worst customer service I have ever dealt. With the money I spent on this room I’d expect way better staff and more understanding of the law and for individuals I have service animalsAnd as you see from the owners reply, how rude they really are.Are you trying to punish me Melinda for giving you a bad review? we made sure we cleaned that room and that urine stain was my daughters accident and also dogs shed that’s what they do and they eat food That’s what they do. am I hearing again that you denied my service animals because from what it sounds like is your overcharging me for having service animals? We made sure that room was still clean by the time we decided to leave and to be honest we could’ve made a lot worse if we really wanted to. I once to was a hotel manager, but I excelled in my life. Back in the day tho my housekeepers would’ve cleaned that room with no problem at all, but no complaints. I’m sure you’ve done a lot of rooms that were a lot worse than ours, Melinda. I paid that type of money your housekeepers can do their job that they get paid to do and for your footage of your front desk staff you should go back and look at their body language and how it was towards us so I appreciate it if you get a little bit more customer service skills in ya.

I researched for a while to find a dog friendly hotel in Colorado Springs that was reasonably priced and still nice. The Radisson was nice for this purpose however, booking the dog friendly room was a hassle. You have to call to book a pet friendly room. Totally fine except the first person I talked to gave me a price quote, then transferred me to someone else who gave me a higher price quote who transferred me to someone else who gave me an even higher price quote. It was frustrating because it was inconsistent. When we got to the hotel, the staff was wonderful. The hotel is clean but some of it is out dated. You can see they are making improvements but you can definitely tell what has been improved upon and what hasn't. It doesnt flow well. We were put in one of the outdated rooms, which is fine. I figured we would be since we had the pup with us. Breakfast was just okay. Overall, not a bad experience but nothing spectacular either. Google says it's a 3 star hotel but it definitely feels like a 2 star and I feel for the amenities, it's a little over priced.

We booked a two-night stay at Garden of the Gods Resort with high expectations, but the experience fell short. While the staff was warm and friendly, and chocolates with a welcome card were a nice touch, the check-in process was not streamlined one bit.We were offered a casita suite with a kitchen to prepare baby food, but upon arrival, our room lacked one. Despite calling weeks in advance to confirm the kitchen, we were told we had to pay for the upgrade when we were already paying $500+ per night. Instead, they offered a microwave. The pack-n-play requested for our little one was broken upon delivery and had to be replaced. The suite was well-furnished, but closer inspection revealed deferred maintenance issues, like a jammed ice machine and non-working jetted tub in the ensuite. To add insult to injury, we booked through our Capital One Venture X card, expecting a smooth experience since the resort was part of their “premier hotel collection.” Despite prepaying, we were charged again after checkout. It took five calls with both Garden of the Gods Resort and Capital One to resolve the issue, and when we finally got through, they were reluctant to refund us. This frustration soured our stay, and although the incentives were appealing, the hassle wasn’t worth it.

This resort was a 10/10! Heated infinity Pool with spectacular views of Garden of the God's and Pike's Peak. The valet staff were all phenomenal and very professional and kind (Gave great suggestions on activities to do nearby), Front desk staff was also very courteous, staff member in Strata desk was very kind and took the time to walk us out to the pool and show us around and give little tips! Will definitely be staying here again in the future, wish we would have stayed here longer during our trip! Food was fantastic and wine was great at the dinner. Locker rooms were very clean, hot tub was exceptional.

While the resort location is amazing and the grounds are nice, they operate on fraud. Check your receipts carefully, because they will double charge you for the room... It's been over two months of me trying to get credited back for being double-charged for my stay. Their business approach has been ghosting my calls, voicemails, and emails. Don't bother staying here, it's just not worth the hassle.

This is really an amazing resort! The views from the rooms are spectacular and the workout amenities are quite impressive. The location right next to Garden of the Gods lead to some amazing views as well as opportunities to get out and hike. I would certainly have given this place five stars, but somebody must’ve thrown up in the hallway the night before and the smell was rough. I did mention it to the hotel staff, but I think they may have needed to do a bit more to alleviate the issue.

We just stayed here for four days and i was blown away at the level of service at this resort. From start to finish we felt looked after and nothing was too much troble. Our room was beautiful, clean and over looked the gods garden. The bed was very comfortable and our bathroom was huge. We loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. The restaurants were simply amazing and the food was delicious. I have celiac disease and they were able to accommodate me. The staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination and I felt totally safe eating there. Thier desserts were simply amazing. The bar staff were even able to make my favorite cocktail from Europe. Highly recommend to anyone who has celiac disease.

Front desk was very nice and welcoming. Our spot was close to the restrooms and showers, didn’t like that it was close to the road so it’s hard to sleep with all the car noise next to the camp.Overall was nice and good for a quick solution. I would close the gates to make occupants feel more safe since gates stays open all night long.
