The older guy at the front desk is foul mouthed and uses bad words openly. When I was telling him about not appreciating the language he used the next day, when we were going to the pool, he said," well I will speak to you however I want to,t's just me and I don't care what you think!" Number 1: if you work in customer service, NO! you can't speak to the customers how you want. Number 2: if that's the way you feel, you don't need to work in customer service to begin with. This was the worst vacation my wife and I have ever had. We will not be back unless he is fired!!We are pretty sure nothing will be said to him in reprimand so we are certain that we will never return to this hotel in the future. Over $2000 down the drain and a poor vacation.

The location was good. The hotel overall was quaint and cute. Room was clean and adequate. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. One side of mattress sloped. I reported it and nothing was done. We were disappointed due to uncomfortable beds. Beds should be top of the line.

It is a great location. But hard to get out of parking lot into traffic. A lot of traffic because it is in a great spot. Lots of parking area . Rooms were clean but cramped. Tiny bathroom .Tight squeeze in toilet and tub area. Not much room to dress, or turn around. Had a cute balcony with view of the strip. It is supposed to look Victorian not 1980s decor. The rooms made me feel sad. But the headboards were leather covered which looked nice. The pictures, curtains and wall treatment just did not look attractive. But it was a nice place to sleep and the air conditioner and refrigerator worked. The mattresses and pillows comfy. They had a lady playing the piano in the lobby, very nice touch. They offered breakfast, but there was so many guests you couldn’t find a place to sit. Their staff was very nice, but in a glassed area. Beautiful hotel on the exterior. If you enter on the backside of hotel you must go to elevator and go to 2nd floor to check in.

Stayed here 10/18/24 - 10/19/24. Rooms were clean and adequate. Neat building and very nice second floor to just hang out. Pricing wasn't too bad. Great hot water and water pressure. Employees were really nice. Everyone I came across said hi and were nice.My only real complaints were that there was no air flow in the room, so we (four of us) got hot and stuffy, next time we'll bring a fan. The bathroom was really small but made it work. They ran out of breakfast at 9:00AM on Sunday so we (going down at 9:05AM) didn't get anything to eat. They were also out of coffee, milk and juice. We'd stay here again.

My wife and I first came here in 2023 on our mini honeymoon and we have celebrated our anniversary here since. It’s outside of town but not enough to feel too far from the main strip in Branson but far enough to feel secluded and romantic. We take in all the amenities of this wonderful place. We watch a movie in the little theater, we dine at the Chateau Grill and we enjoy the spa. We hiked local trails and have gotten off the beaten path around the grounds to enjoy finding an otter by the lake. Truly magnificent. Would highly recommend this to any couple.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. We had a room on the 10th floor and the views were amazing. The room was clean and very spacious. Our one complaint was the pillows on the bed were rather small (couch pillow size) for a king-sized bed, but other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.
It was ok. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but I'd say a 3.5. Can't order room service past 8pm, we couldn't get on the breakfast list for some reason. They have valet but you'd be better off doing it yourself because by the time you find someone you can have it done yourself. Food was ok, not many options at all and very over priced. Hot tub jets would constantly shut off. House Keeping seemed to do the minimum as parts of room weren't vacuumed. The staff were friendly and were awesome. Seemed like though not only some updates need to be made but a change in just doing the bare minimum. Beautiful place though.

Beautiful view. Clean rooms. Good atmosphere. Very accommodating, friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff. Only negative was the noisy people next door but that was not the fault of the establishment . Loved the nativity, waterfalls and Christmas decorations along with the gingerbread house display. Will definitely stay there again, especially at Christmas time. p.s. the Christmas stocking hanging on our door Christmas morning was extra special. Thank you.

Positive: Staff was very friendly and the Chateau is beautiful. The location on the lake is spectacular. The food in the Grille was delicious (I recommend the sea bass…it was done to perfection).Negative: Our room, though very clean at checkin, was rundown and outdated, there was no handle on our closet door so it couldn’t be easily opened, a bright light from the roof shone directly into our room from about 20 feet away so we could not keep the curtains open making the room seem dungeon-like.The coffee maker had not been cleaned in I don’t know how long, and I had to run water through ten times before it was clean for safe use.

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. We stayed one night on the way home from a long road trip and wish we stayed longer! The guest services and customer service and valet were all top tier. The rooms were immaculate and beautiful and very sound proof. The spa was heavenly . And the Restaurant (grille) a was delicious. A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion! The shower pressure was amazing and full size toiletries. My only complaint was the pillows were crap and the mattress a bit hard but def stay here! Beautiful areas and so many things to do!

Gorgeous hotel inside and out! The staff were all amazing and so helpful! Chase, Asst. Mgr was so friendly and knowledgeable on the hotel and the area. He gave great suggestions for drinks at the bar. Bonnie was fantastic behind the bar and made the most delicious Christmas Cookie Martini and smoked Old fashioned! The only thing I can suggest is to change the mattresses to be softer. They’re way too firm and you’ll wake up with a stiff neck and sore back. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and we will be back!!!!
