Terrible service this time the room was next to the elevator and the living room had no windows, between the AC unit and the elevator we got little sleep. My daughter's left and drove back home. As I say this was a terrible experience for the Thanksgiving weekend. Don't ever get room 210 or you're going to regret it.

Just came in for a lobby meeting. Easy enough to find, find parking and get to. Lobby seemed pretty nice w/large eating accommodations nearby with tables, etc. Comfy enough. 😀

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. Even though pulling into the hotel was a little tricky with all the traffic, turns, and other hotels nearby, once I got inside everything was smooth. I felt safe, secure, and welcomed by the very nice staff.
My room was spectacular—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I picked using the Hilton Honors app. I love being able to choose my own room, especially since I always request to stay close to the elevator so I’m not hauling luggage and camera gear down a long hallway.
I grabbed a drink at the hotel to unwind before a friend picked me up and took me to Doc’s Porchside Bar & Grill—an iconic local spot with great seafood that I highly recommend. There’s also a liquor store right outside the hotel, which was super convenient.
Overall, this Hilton Garden Inn has a great location, friendly people, and everything I need for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be back in a few months when I’m in Augusta for work. Great stay—love it!

During my stay Nov 15-17, 2025. On Saturday I approach the front desk. I informed the young man I needed a key for the 2nd adult. I used the digital key, needed a physical key to give to the guest. I gave him the room number. He proceeded to program a key and gave it to me. I wasn't ask any type ID or anything to validate I was the person to be in that room.
I'm not sure the policy, but this would be a safety issue that is unacceptable. Please enforce or put in place something that would require ID to verify this person is attached to the assigned room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and left my kindle. While the hotel was great don’t ever forget an item there! It has now been 4 and half days with using the hiltons ‘lost item’ report and I find out today that they haven’t even had UPS pick up my item to send. I paid the postal fee on Monday. It’s now Friday night. I don’t know if I’ll ever see my kindle again. There was confusion it seems on my name even though I filled out a ‘lost item report’ and received a report id. There was also confusion on USPS and UPS. I received a lost item report with a IPS Tracking id but UPS kept saying they hadn’t received my item. The hotel receptionist kept saying but USPS picked it up. I just want my kindle back please!!!!!!

This place is great the workers are so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed everything about this place. The only bad thing is that they have a person in the dining room every morning who thinks they own the TV and throws fits if they can't control the TV. So no weather, no news, only infomercials. This person has been here for over a month, so I think they are permanent.

Midway point to rest and recharge. Per friendly hotel - but you wouldn't know it (except of course for the pups you see). Clean lobby, clean rooms - no pet odors...our boy had to be reminded of no puppies in the bed - he knows comfort when he sees it! Lobby has a high end luxury feel...did visit the on-site restaurant or bar, but seemed nice. This hotel is saved as our go to place when traveling through the Augusta area.

Great customer service to Jennifer who checked me in. She was warm and fuzzy! She was such a pleasure to meet after a long day. My room was very clean. I stayed at another hotel the night before and I wish that I stayed here first. Me and my dog were very comfortable. I will be back anytime I stay in Augusta.

This hotel has some negative comments, but it was a convenient location for us and we are Wyndham rewards members so we get a little better price.

Our room was upgraded at no cost because they were not all that busy. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. I love the fact they supply large bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smells so good! We did not see anything that made us second guess our decision to stay there.

The breakfast was good. There was waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, and cereals. There is definitely options for everyone.

The front desk staff were friendly enough, but they were not overly outgoing.

I would definitely stay here again, because it is affordable and decent.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Despite having comfortable rooms and beds, along with a great front desk staff, this hotel is sadly going the direction of so many 3-star locations. I've stayed at this location every October for the past five years when in Augusta for a conference downtown. It's always been a pleasure to stay there. Not this year. When I first arrived I was greeted by the pungent smell of weed (some guy was smoking it around the side of the building.) I also smelled it in the hallway when I checked into my room. I alerted staff and it was taken care of thankfully. Then on my second night a bunch of twenty-something young punks staged a near-riot on my floor, running and down the hallway, banging on walls and each others' doors, and even opening doors to fire-extinguisher boxes. Called front desk twice, and they said there wasn't much they could do (only one person on duty at night). I finally went out into the hall and threatened a couple of the punks with bodily harm, at which point all went quiet for the rest of the night. Also, as a footnote, breakfast is okay, but the drink/juice machine has been out of order the past three years I've stayed there. Next year, I'll just pay through the nose and stay at the Convention Center Marriot where my conference is held. Sad.

Alyssa was very kind yesterday. I would give her 5 stars individually. The establishment overall needs some work. The stopper on the sink in room 109 was broken and would not open completely. With that being said, the sink would fill up and I would have to turn the sink off to let the water drain out in the middle of brushing my teeth. The sheets were stained and the bathroom had an odor. The breakfast was a joke. There was fruit that looked like it had been sitting for forever. The warm food consisted of sausage, potatoes & eggs. It didn’t look good so we didn’t take the risk. The good thing is that this hotel did not charge a deposit since I paid with a card. It is also close to the local hospitals if you have family staying there.

Blood under toilet seat at hinge. Rusted out shelf in freezer. And I didn't get a picture of it but deep discoloration in tub. Was afraid to shower in fear of getting a fungus on feet. And the bed was collapsing at the head. Turned mattress around in hopes of not having to have my feet above my head. Ended up having to sleep on bed with my feet where my head is supposed to be. Front desk clerk didn't seem genuinely worried about it. Won't be staying again. Come to think of it....zoom in on the rust. It doesn't really look like rust. Looks more like blood to me.

Cleaning staff are lazy! Don’t do anything but take towels and don’t replace them so you have to go to front desk to get some. Very seldom do they take out trash. Very sad cleaning crew!

The location is great! The employees are very personal. The gym is not great. The pool is wonderful. Sometimes there are vagrants who like to sleep in the outside benches or creep there way into the hallway couches, but when alerted the staff will take care of it. The rooms are nice with a full sized refrigerator and a microwave.

In the bathroom rn not one thing I can wipe with in sight

Adding. Baby Roach in rooms, shower curtain rod broken so the shower curtain won’t stay closed, soaking the floor. We did not get fresh towels and rags. Breakfast is cereal. I’m amazed they call this a 3 star hotel.

Room is filthy. Floor wasn’t vacuumed and bathroom not clean. Dirt in every corner.
I had to go to the front desk for tv remote.
Expedia listed rate as $78. I was charged $128. Air conditioner was very loud. There are several hotels in vicinity. I’ll choose a different location if I’m ever in the area again
