Exceptional service and a stunning location – highly recommend!

Our experience at this hotel during our wedding weekend was absolutely amazing. Not only did they allow us to use their gorgeous staircase for our photos, but they also gave us full access to the beautifully maintained grounds, which made for the perfect backdrop.

What truly stood out, though, was the level of care and attentiveness from the staff. From start to finish, they made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Every detail was handled with such professionalism and warmth, and our guests felt just as well taken care of.

If you’re planning a wedding or special event—or even just looking for a place to relax in a beautiful setting—I can’t recommend this hotel enough. They truly helped make our weekend unforgettable!

I typically give pleasant reviews as i usually am pleased however, Best Western is literally now the last option I will even consider. The location is great! Parking plenty. The lack of signage and direction on how to locate your room, especially on the 3rd floor is enough to drive you mad. The hallways are confusing, nothing tells you where to find the elevators or how to get to the third floor. The stairs in front only go to the 2nd floor and you're walking around trying to find anything to tell you how to get upstairs. It would be all great and forgiving IF whoever designed this nightmare would've thought to put up SIGNS TO DIRECT PEOPLE. Instead I'm walking through the Shining. I travel A LOT. Aside from the 24 hr hot coffee which I tremendously appreciate and the great options for breakfast, not enough to ignore that my bathroom was infested in carpenter ants, lacks SIMPLE TLC all throughout the property I've observed, I asked for service to clean room and they didn't take the trash or replace the tissues. The mattresses we had were extremely uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain several times throughout the night, the pillows felt over used like its time to invest in new pillows. I am not happy about giving this review. I wish I had better things to say. This experience really was not pleasant and its a shame because the location is great but the maintenance is lacking here.

We stayed 1 night at Best Western in Manchester NH!!!!! What a great place to stay! We were greeted warmly at our late checkin at 9 p.m. Room was incredibly comfortable and clean! Beds very comfortable! Excellent air flow/air conditioning. Fridge and Microwave. Quality hygiene products provided. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!!!! We slept so well!! We did not hear any noise at all. Breakfast was included and was simply amazing! The coffee was terrific. We will stay here again soon when flying in/out of Boston airport. Clearly, whomever is managing this Best Western is doing a fantastic job. Thank You!!!

I had a primarily great stay at the Best Western Plus in Manchester. The location is excellent—convenient to everything I needed—and the breakfast was a highlight. There was a wide variety of fresh, tasty options that exceeded expectations.

That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The furniture, walls, and other room essentials are dated and show noticeable signs of wear. It’s also easy to spot where damage has simply been painted over rather than properly repaired, which affects the overall quality. Additionally, I came across a stained sheet and pillowcase. If linens remain stained after washing, they should be replaced to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort.

Despite these issues, I still had a generally positive experience and would consider staying again—provided steps are taken to improve maintenance standards and attention to detail.

I’m writing to share my experience at this hotel, which unfortunately fell short of our expectations.
I had a feeling right away it wasn’t gonna be good because the parking lot wasn’t even plowed properly. There was trash on the ground like beer cans, food bags, etc. There was also snow still on vehicles that haven’t moved in a long time. The room we received was dirty and wasn’t cleaned at all after the previous guests. My wife and I booked here to enjoy the hot tub and pool but they were shut down due to maintenance. The supervisor did promise to get a partial refund, but I haven’t heard anything back from the manager. Overall, I believe this hotel needs significant improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. I strongly advise against booking here, as it may disappoint other travelers. I understand the importance of providing positive feedback, but I hope this warning can help someone else avoid the same experience!

The breakfast here is great. It is probably what made the stay worth it for me. It runs late, so you can do an early breakfast and then an early lunch. No cooking necessary! There is coffee/tea/cocoa 24/7 in the main area. It was quiet enough to enjoy a late night book with some coffee in the main area. Kids love late night cocoa after the pool
We came mainly for the indoor pool, but there was no heat to it. This is the only reason we will have to look elsewhere for our next stay. It was colder than ice water. It seems like a common issue here, according to reviews, and we had called prior to booking just to make sure the pool was working properly.
The jacuzzi worked fine, so we had to move between two extreme temperatures.
The game room has a couple billiard tables, some arcade games, and a ski ball machine that plays inappropriate ads. It was nice to have the option there to play a game of pool.
Staff was always gentle, friendly and accommodating, each time we interacted with them.
Overall, if the pool would get fixed, I absolutely would stay here with the family again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – it's in a quiet area, yet the city center is within walking distance. The room was very clean, and I really appreciated the free parking. I absolutely had to make a review right after I checked in, because the service I experienced from Jackson at front desk during check in, was exceptional! Was very down to earth and easy to chat with! Asked me welcoming questions like "How was your drive here?". He instantly recognized my gold member status, and even gave me a breakfast voucher! Very outgoing, kind personality. Best front desk clerk I've met at a hotel! Thank you Jackson for starting off my stay so wonderful!

if there was an option to review to 10 it would be there. we stayed as my husband had a surgery coming up at CMC and it was close I can’t tell you how they went over the top with everything from us leaving a device there that we had to go back to. It was left at the front desk too because we were leaving so early and had to be at the hospital before six they came out with bagels and stuff for us for then the night before anything anything you can think of they were their rooms were spotless, gigantic comfortable quiet will definitely be our to go place if we need to do this again

Over priced for the quality now. Very clean, no issues with that. The staff was nice, no issues there. It was just dated and the prices were crazy! Dated carpet, and uncomfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was $21 per person! That’s crazy!

I liked the pool was open until 11, BUT if you are outside in the hot tub, the door locks, even with your key card. Be careful!!! I was stuck outside in the snow at 11pm.

This was my first time here. I went for my brother's birthday weekend. Very good location 👌🏾 very accommodating staff. We had a problem with breakfast and they offered to pay for us to have it again or Target gift card (which they didn't have to do at all) Olivia, Jaycee, Kaitlyn, Jackson and Holly where awesome staff and very nice people. We appreciate everything that everyone did and definitely will be staying there whenever we are in town.

We stayed here when we came down to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra at the SNHU arena. Check In and check out were both very fast and easy, and staff were all friendly. We were very pleased that the pool and hot tub were open during late hours (since the show didn't end until almost 10pm). It was perfect walking distance from the venue as well as many dining options.
