The room appeared clean but it wasn’t. I found fake eyelashes by the coffee pot, someone’s coughed up lung in the sink, and hairs on the shower walls. I was disgusted and did not use the sink. I used a water bottle to brush my teeth. Very gross and easy for housekeeping to see. Oh and my bath towel was just thrown in the tub.

Stayed on a business trip and the room was disgusting. Fake eyelashes left by the coffee pot and somebody’s lung in the sink. The lady at the front desk said she will see about getting me points, but really? I couldn’t even use the sink. And the bath towel was just thrown in the tub.

Service was excellent. Denise was kind and pleasant. The room was clean and met our needs. Centrally located near plenty of restaurants and other stores.

In the heart of Tupelo. Room was nice. View was of the surrounding buildings as there is not much going on nearby. This Courtyard has a bistro so you may want to look elsewhere for a good breakfast. Free parking and you can walk to a couple popular steak chains. Not too many options nearby but this is probably one of the better ones to stay at.

Room services was good, I am a little disappointed just with the lady and her service at the counter, she could be more friendly in many ways, more courteous, greet the costumers better...it it just one of the lady's, and I noticed did the same with other guests.

I usually go to Holiday or Hilton when I come home to visit. But let me tell you my 4 day stay Baymont was an awesome experience. The rooms were clean and bed comfy. I’m so glad I chose this place the location was convenient and I will be returning. Ms Nancy thanks for the amazing customer service. You rock!! See you guy’s again soon

The room was ok, nothing special. The Hotel blocks Fox News from the TV. Also, they block several other news stations. There was one news station and it was from Australia. I even asked the attendant, and she said it wasn't available. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known that before. Crying, screaming children on one side and loud trucks and cars racing up and down the street on the other side. Thin walls make the sound louder. Don't stay here if you want to relax to some TV News and a good night's sleep.

The Baymont Hotel in Tupelo is a nice, clean place to stay with friendly and welcoming staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are well-maintained, but they are on the smaller side, especially the bathrooms, which feel a bit cramped. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly and clean stay with great service, as long as you don’t mind the compact space.

The bedroom we stayed in was pretty dirty. It was apparent that the room has not been vacuumed, or wiped down (brown splatters on walls). Room also smelled like urine. Water pressure in sink was weak.
Luckily sheets were fine so that is one positive. Front desk ladies were also friendly.

Cute little hotel. Felt very safe staying here. Nicely located to the highway. Very friendly and competent staff. Has a complimentary breakfast self serve room.
