This was such a beautiful hotel! The gaming floor was very clean and very fun to walk around. We were offered drinks at the machines while we were playing and also gifted a $15 credit for signing up to their club card. The back entrance is a 10-15 minute walk down the street from Niagara Falls and rainbow bridge. Seneca resorts was our first stop on our trip to Canada then we stopped by on the last day as well for a few last spins.

My wife and I decided to have a nice fine dining experience for first time here at Seneca steak house. Let me tell you !!! The place was amazing. The steak , drinks , atmosphere and the service was 10/10. After a great meal we went to the casino area to try our luck. 🍀 which wasn’t as good as the steak house luck because I lose 200$ in a hour 30 minutes lol. The staff at the casino are very friendly and patient to teach you . The Seneca resort is definitely a place to go and have a great time . 5 ⭐️

If you didnt know, this is a casino slash resort. The ambiance is lovely for a place for gamblingenthusiastsaka addicts. The all you can eat buffet is extremely affordable. The food is decent & in all honesty it was better than the soft rock café down the street. The rooms are average, but I would bet that the high roller rooms are amaze balls. The stained glass that lines the roof is very very kewl.

We love this place. Great for even going as a family. Great grounds. Wish they had a sitting area right in the middle of the hotel on the way tonth3 casino so people can sit around, wait for those in line at the reception, chill. The casino is ok. It has a decent variety of games. Location wise I prefer their Allegheny property. It's much nicer, especially in the winter, lots of winter sports to do and great restaurants in the village. Our room was amazing, courtesy of the casino. No complaints. I wish we could've stayed longer. The restaurants on the property need to be better, like the Western Steakhouse is. That place is exemplary!!!

I’m giving this hotel 1 star solely due to the extremely unprofessional, arrogant, and disrespectful behavior of the reception staff. From check-in to check-out, the way we were treated was simply unacceptable. Their tone was rude, and their expressions were condescending — it felt like we were being judged rather than welcomed. I genuinely hope this wasn’t racially motivated, but their attitude left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. We paid for our stay — we were not asking for a favor. Hospitality should begin at the front desk, and sadly, this hotel failed us there.

The hotel is nice, rooms were nice, clean, updated. Customer Service was seriously lacking! Savannah checked us in, not sure if she despises her job, her life, or a little of both, but she was not very pleasant or welcoming. Definitely gave off the vibe that she didn’t want to be helping us. Placed the key on the counter, told us we were all set. No you’re in room ###, elevators are behind you, etc. When we asked rhetorically, how do we get there, we got an elevators are at the blue wall. The next morning my daughters walked across the street to Starbucks. On the way back, they wanted to cut through the casino to get back to the hotel instead of walking all the way around outside in the cold. They are both over 21. They asked someone if there was a way to get back to the hotel without walking outside. They were told, “No”. They made their way to the balcony, where all the restaurants are at, then to the hotel. Why were they told, “No.” As we left, we saw a sign inside the hotel that said hotel guests receive free valet parking. Why wasn’t that sign outside when we pulled up the night before to check in? There was very little acknowledgment by any staff either outside or inside the hotel. Upon checking out I shared my less than stellar experience with the person at the front desk. I received an aggressive, “were they 21? Did they have ID?” I looked at my daughter and asked if they were asked their ages or if they had ID? She said they were never asked. At this time Savannah walks in, overhears our conversation, then adds a snarky comment. We left. Bottom line, if you don’t care about customer service, stay here, it’s a decent hotel. If customer service is important to you, find a different hotel, because you will not find it here.

My husband & I enjoy taking mini getaways. We live about 1 mile from Seneca Niagara but like to book 1 or 2 nights to just chill, order room service! The staff ate welcoming and we had one bad experience. They managed to take a never coming back situation and make it right. In the aftermath, we were able to laugh it off and enjoy our stay completely.

We just had an incident of bed bugs in our room Dec 8. We called the front desk right away and we were ask to go downstairs, when we came down, the front desk staff was inconsiderate, snarky remarks like where are your belongings? Or do you want to stay in that room? We just did not bring it with us because we were hoping that they have a protocol in place to inspect our belongings before moving to another room to avoid bringing infected items with us. We did not have a choice but to move everything with us as the staff seems to be unbothered about the whole incident. Seems like they don’t have any protocols for this kind of situation, like there was no care and concern at all.
We are so disappointed. We stay in this hotel all the time with family. It is just sad how the incident was handled.

We were transferred to a different room but did not get any sleep because of this experience, so disappointing.

We have taken some video and photos of the incident.
