A warning to everyone who is thinking of staying at this hotel, DON'T .
My wife just stayed at this hotel over the weekend and was woken by someone trying to get in through the door. thankfully it was locked. then the front desk called and accused her of not being a guest of the hotel even though this was her second night of her stay. This was at 11:45 pm unbelievable.
She gave them her confirmation number at had no apology from the front desk. When she confronted them in the morning when checking out, they showed little sign of being apologetic.
The incompetence of this hotel is off the scale, stay at this hotel at your own risk.

All of the people at the counter that I dealt with on an 8 day stay was awesome . The couple times I ate breakfast . It was very good . The hotel was clean . BUT ..... the room service kept throwing things away that I didn't want thrown away . Then the manager Greg Kowalsky emailed me and informed me that my service dog ruined the duvet cover and then he added the pet fee to my bill . He said they wash the cover and put it back on my bed . He actually said she ruined 2 covers . I took pictures of the cover and there are NO stains on it . He needs to be gotten rid of before he pulls that with the wrong person and they get a law suite . He thinks just because he is in management he can do anything he wants . Will not go back because of him . The company I work for has alot of work there and 2 techs are going to be there staying in hotels . My bill was $1,000.00 . So they just lost that money every week because of him .

From the start our stay was not so good. At check-in my aunt had me as her guest she secured the room for me as a gift. I showed my ID and the front desk clerk said the original credit card was needed . I called my aunt and she had to complete a credit authorization form and email it before he would give me the keys. She wasn’t there yet. The ice machine was broken on our floor. Then the phones didn’t work, at all for the 5 days we were there. I was followed to the gym, I believed by a staff member. Stared at during breakfast and not to mention the water either had low pressure or didn’t work at all two days in a row we had to shower at a relatives home and told the water would be off for 5 hours. The staff were ok because everything that happened was out of their control but I know I will not stay there again. My aunt is a Hilton honors member and there should be above and beyond amenities. I can say the breakfast was very good and the entrance area was clean.

This Hampton Inn was very pleasant to stay at for me and my family. The breakfast was great and the service was phenomenal! The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful especially Betty. The only critic I have is to somehow block the noise of traffic from the highway. I didn't sleep very well because of it. Perhaps incorporating fans to go in the rooms for some white noise to block out the sound of traffic. Other than that, I would love to visit again!

I stayed here for 4 nights. Not the greatest Hampton inn I have stayed at but was pretty good. Room was clean and the tv was huge and could move around that was nice. Closet could have been a bit bigger. Our conditioner was out and there were a few things like rips in the chairs but nothing major. Clearly recently renovated an older building. The shower went the greatest and was a bit dirty. Overall the food was amazing, the service was outstanding and the room was what I expected for what I paid. Dead bolt was also broken but there was also a door stopper as a second after back up. Would stay here again 😊

For the second time this year my wife, baby and I have needed to travel to chicago for surgeries. My wife has specialists there so we fly in, she has surgery and we stay in joliet until it's safe to fly home. Both times we stayed at this location for over a week. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Particularly Julie at the front desk. This woman bends over backward for everyone she encounters. I noticed not only her treatment and efficiency with my family but with others as well. I can't believe she's not the general manager. She deserves a huge promotion. Thank you for being so good to my family.

Nice rooms but could use another light besides the hallway and the (2) on either side of the bed. There’s a desk lamp but it’s by the window and it would be nice to have more light between the hallway (bath connection) and the bed area.

My room faced I-55 so a little noisy but not end of world. 🤷‍♂️. View of highway but from top floor.

Free breakfast was nice. Blueberry muffins 😋

Small casino. Nice rooms. Friendly service. Food at the Laurel Lounge is always delicious. I've never had a disappointing meal there. Slots could be looser. I've never hit a hand pay here in all the years I've been coming.

The Reserve is excellent. We were there the night it opened and it was terrible. Now it is a premiere steakhouse. On par with Mike Ditkas and Ruth's Chris. So absolutely delicious. We went two nights in a row. The pasta shrimp was my favorite, and I am a steak eater.

Casino isn't that big but it's cozy. A few places to eat but no stores. Does have a snack area by hotel desk Parking is right across from hotel. Easy to get to and is right downtown in Joliet. Not sure how it will be to get there during business hours with traffic. Rooms were decent and clean. TV remote was messed up so got a new one. It didn't work well either. There was a fridge but no microwave. We had a good view of Joliet on the top floor, 11th floor.

My sister and I went to Harrah's and got a room as we had tickets for an event at The Rialto Theatre. (We are not gamblers but we are coming back to gamble soon.) We were able to walk to venue (even though it was -5⁰ outside) 2 blocks without having to pay extra for parking. When we arrived Willy checked us in and we adored him. He was such a joy to talk to and he told us about the area and asked us to count the church steeples we would see from our room. The room was very clean and roomy. The other staff members we talked to were so nice and welcoming. We ate at the Cross Street Grill not only for lunch but breakfast as well. We will be back Harrah's...bringing my hubby next time. Good job Harrah's!!!

We've have been to at least 6 Caesars properties and this one we were positively surprised about. We read a lot of very mixed reviews, so we were a bit nervous.
The building is older, not fancy and we were told that the planned updates and construction was postponed till next year.
There is no Valet parking, but the garage is convenient and the Skywalk makes it quick and easy to get to the building.
The small lobby has a little seating area and two computers with complimentary video games for kids.
The staff was extremely nice, welcoming and professional! The lady Manager (sorry, I forgot your name) and Willi were super helpful and went above and beyond for our needs and to help with the beginning key card issues that were eventually resolved.
The Casino is just a very short walk from the lobby and we very much were surprised and happy about the extra security measures the put in place there. It is pretty small, but has a good mix of variety in slot games.
Our host Anthony was very helpful and attentive and the bar service at the Laurel Lounge was terrific!
We will definitely back here and can't wait for the updates to be finished.

If you stay at this hotel please be advised that you won’t get your $75 deposit back in 7/10 days I stayed here 11/10/2024 and I still haven’t received my deposit yet. They said my deposit was released 11/11/2024 it’s thanksgiving and I still haven’t received my deposit. One microwave on the main floor to heat your food up is insane.

Was Rob by one of slots being set up $50.00 dls bet. I have put my 14.80 dls ticket in to the slot, select $2.00 dls bet than ask me chose a dragon or something else and I choose a dragon my surprise that have no chance to play the slot because last play was a looser one and I was ignorant of this rules which are just to still from people, I call for assistance and no sorry no reimbursement from this guy. I I'mWon't recommend this place for entertament.

Harrah’s advertise “Luxury” rooms. I did not experience “luxury”. Stayed here one night. Positive is that the Hotel/Casino is close to the Rialto Theater. Negative is the room we were given. Nothing about the room felt like “Luxury “. Felt more like a cheap roadside motel. Had to call the front desk at 9:30 pm to send clean bedding. When we pulled the cover down, the bottom sheet was not tucked in at all. When I pulled the bottom sheet back to tuck it in I found nasty food that was between the bottom sheet and mattress pad. Clearly housekeeping did not change the sheets. Disgusting. The carpet in the room was very worn with snags. Mattress felt used and not comfortable. When I checked out and told the day help they did not offer any service recovery. Just said they would be sure to tell the housekeeping manager. One star for cleanliness and comfort.

First time visiting Joliet Harrah's, I love the overall atmosphere of a Casino, not a big gambler, but still like the environment. Security is prevalent, professional and personable. The facility is clean and well appointed. Will visit again and try some of the various restaurants.
